| This is wonderfully written and so original! I look forward to every Thursday. Although the bad thing about it is that I check for updates way too often! Anyway, I love that Harry transforms to a pheonix. The only thing I find annoying is Hermione's caution...I mean, Fawkes is there, after all, just like Castina was for Hermione. I feel like Harry should be able to stay in his form for as long as he wants to! But anyway, as I was saying earlier...wonderful! Just what I needed after a final...thanks, you rock! Author's Response: I'm glad you're enjoying my fic so much; I check for hits way too often on Thursdays *cough* and all other days *cough*, so I sympathize with your frequent refreshes. ;) Given how useful and awesome I think the vast majority of people would find becoming an Animagi, I felt that making the initial transformation full of the danger of losing your human mind was one of the only ways to have fewer people trying to do it. Hermione is possibly overly cautious since, as you say, Fawkes is there, but I think that being very cautious for Harry's safety is something that comes quite naturally to her. | I like that Harry is a phoenix in his Animagus form. I think it suits him well. Another excellent chapter, and I hate to nag, but will we be seeing Hermione-Snape lemons at any point in the near future? Your Snape is truly infuriating - expecting her to talk to him about his ridiculous punishment. Author's Response: I'm glad you're happy with Harry as a phoenix. There's no harm in asking about lemons, though in my continuing quest not to spoil my readers, I will only say that the lemons are closer than they were. ;) Severus being infuriating is the natural state of affairs as far as I'm concerned. :D Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^ | |||

| Brilliant. I love the description of Harry learning to fly. Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it; since it's something in which Hermione has absolutely no interest, it was interesting to write from her POV and still show Harry's wonder. | Loved it, loved it, loved it!! I was disappointed that Hermione got off detention though, hehe, I would have liked to read Severus' reaction to her plans to skip a couple more, O well. His watching her scrub cauldrons and other such gross things is a good sign right? *looks expectantly*, and Parrot, haha! I have to admit though, that you were solely responsible for my compulsion to check for an update every twelve seconds for the past twenty four hours, and come next week I would do it again gladly :) Author's Response: LOL I'm glad you enjoyed it, even if you now know we're not going to have 400K of Hermione/Severus detentions in the future. ;) As for the detentions she does have, I rather doubt that Severus was watching her scrubbing technique. ;) It's very flattering to hear how frequently you're checking for updates. :D Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^ | |||
