At last Severus seems to behave better again! I hope it will last!

Author's Response: One can always hope, can't one? ;) Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^

Heh, I stay up way too late on Wednesdays waiting for this - I somehow read the previous chapter and not this and left a review tagged to this chapter, I think. Finding this was like getting a bonus chapter and has made my weekend. Thanks!

Author's Response: I'm glad that you got it all in the end and that you enjoyed this part as well as the first one. It really does make it seem like a bonus that way, lol. ;) Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^

OK, NOW I'm starting to buy the whole Pure Adult thing. ;) I do love scientific explanations, you know.

Author's Response: I'm glad to hear that I've begun to convince you. Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^

Oh, no! I finally caught up to where you are posting a chapter a week, and have to wait for installments just like everyone else! I can't wait for Thursday!Needless to say, your chapters are going to be my reward for making it through some very tough weeks when school starts again... You should be a published author. I would buy everything you write! And I like your plots way better than JKR's. Please don't stop writing now!!

Author's Response: We'll say that your enjoyment will now be spread out to be savoured over a lengthy period of time. That sounds good, right? ;) I hope that the chapters will indeed tide you over once you're back at work. You don't have to worry that the fic will ever be abandoned because it's completed; I'm taking the week to edit each chapter and make sure that it's the best possible update to get out to you guys. I'm flattered that you think so highly of my writing and that you're enjoying the plot so much. Thanks for taking the time to review. ^_^

I am struggling with the urgent desire to reread straight through right now to try and catch Severus' emotional journey because I just don't have the time. At this point, I think that's more interesting to me than what we're seeing through Hermione's eyes, because it was such a beautiful foil through the first third of the story. Intriguing plot twist with the bloodline. continued engaging and consistent characterizations. Thank you for much enjoyment.

Author's Response: It has always been my intention that readers should be able to piece together what Severus is thinking and trace his motivations no matter what Hermione is seeing and thinking; I hope that continues to hold true as the fic progresses. I'm pleased to hear that you still find the fic engaging. Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^

Lovely, altought I find your Hermione a little too porwerful/clever/sarcastic. Be careful or you might have a Mary-Sue on your hands.

Author's Response: You're certainly not the only person who's thought so, but I believe there are reasonable reasons for her characteristics; the premise of the fic gives both Hermione and Harry super powers, essentially. Since we're in Hermione's head, we see a lot more of her development/talents than we do of Harry's. Her being extremely clever is canon (if often glossed over in the books). The sarcasm comes across from time to time in canon, too, and it's a trait which I think clever people often develop, and which makes Hermione compatible with Severus. Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^

I would buy anything, anything at all, that you wrote as original fiction. Everyone has read awful writing... all suffered through bad plots, flat characters, and illogical conclusions in published works of "art," and even books where the author has no storytelling ability. Sometimes I walk into the bookstore, and just look at the mass of books on the shelves and I think, "These are not all great (or even good) books. Some of these should never have seen the top of a publisher's desk... how do I sort through all of this crap?" At this point I get frustrated and walk to the non-fiction section. YOU should be a published author. Really. I mean it. I think you'd do a service to the people who read your stories and they wouldn't ever think afterward, "D*mn, at the bookstore, I should have picked that other book," or "I wasted my money on this?" I realize this comment has little to do with the chapters that you posted and as a review is a huge generalization, but I mean it to convey that I think that highly of your writing. I won't be able to read your updates or review your chapters for the next two weeks, as I am taking a 17 day Master's exam starting tomorrow, but I can tell you now that your chapters are going to be my victory celebration when it's finally all over, and I'm appreciative that I have something to look forward to that isn't biologically related. Until then dear, and thanks.

Author's Response: *blushes and hugs Green Aurora* I'm very flattered (and frankly delighted) to hear that you think so highly of my fic and believe in my ability to write original fic. It's something that I dabble in currently (I spend a lot of time writing fanfic, lol) and would definitely like to do in the future; it's always such a boost to hear such affirmations from my readers. I wish you the very best of luck on the Master's exam (Seventeen days? OMG!) and hope that it is currently going smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^

I like these one. I guess I've found the whole security paranoia of both Harry and Hermione a little exaggerated, but that's just my POV.

Author's Response: I'm glad that you enjoyed it. I would say that the paranoia might have been exaggerated had it been occurring at some point in the past, but given everything they've lived through, given the big life-threatening secret they're trying to keep now, a high level of care is required. Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^
