| Hermione on a rampage is a fearsome sight indeed! Great idea to have them train in the forest (I imagine it's a refreshing break for you as the writer too, to vary this sort of scene!). I can well understand Hermione's desire (and need) to show up Severus on this occasion... ^.^ Author's Response: LOL There are moments where she definitely feels the need to get her own back, and given Severus's position, this is not so easy to do much of the time. While I don't think it practical to have them sneak out to the Forest regularly to train, managing it over the hols did indeed make a nice change (for them and me, lol). Congratulations about your SS characterization, I can totally understand his assumptions and his behaviour, atrocious as it is. And I am very curious to know about his magic increase.
On the other hand I find Hermione just a little too perfect but maybe I'm just jealous! Author's Response: We're getting closer to the bonus chapter now. I'm glad you find Severus to be in character (even if it's annoying sometimes). Hermione *is* a very perfect character in a lot of ways; she still has flaws, but she's very clever and very powerful, so there's a darn lot of stuff that she gets right.
