| It is incredibly sad that, after reading your author's note at the end, I instantly went to wikipedia to find out if you could be referring to a significant date in August - I couldn't find one, so I can only assume that you were talking about Mr P's birthday (which is, of course, today!). This may explain why I am refreshing the story index for TPWP every five seconds. But hey, guess what? I managed to save this chapter for today (if only because I was so insanely busy yesterday that I didn't have time. I actually opened up the page but it was really late at night and I knew I wouldn't be able to give it my full attention. So yay!) Once again, a wonderful chapter. I was genuinely worried that Hermione was going to have a premature meeting with Voldemort, but I should have remembered her talent with wards. Severus seemed harsh on this occasion - which is saying something - but I guess he wasn't about to sweep her into a hug! I can't help wondering what's going to happen as a result of this latest training session - the way the chapter ended made me think that perhaps Hermione might get injured (hospital wing scene! hospital wing scene!), but I can never tell with your story! (This is a good thing.) I'm desperate to find out what Hermione hears. Will we see Viktor again? (I do love him. Send him my way when you're finished with him, please?) I loved it, as always. Yours is probably one of the few stories I feel compelled to review. I know this is a terrible thing for a reader, but I often postpone reviewing. Can't wait for the next chapter! |

| Munkzilla put it better than I ever could - this was yet another cracking chapter and I'm very grateful to have been able to read it! I hope RL starts to calm down for you soon, more for your stress levels than the story, but rest assured, if you do have a to take a break... this is a story that I - at least - am willing to wait for :) |

| Even though I officially caught up and have been reading in 'real time' for a few weeks now, this is the first time I've bothered reviewing.. and it's to say to you that the least of your worries should be RESPONDING to reviews! It's enough that you've been publishing this story weekly for us, your worshipers.. you don't owe us anything. WE are ever grateful that you're spinning such a creative, innovative, unique and absolutely captivating tale. Thank you so much for your dedication to this story, and if we don't hear from you next week.. I'm sure I can speak for most of us in saying we understand. Everything IRL will work out, it always tends to. Hopefully sooner than later. :) |

| Oh, my goodness. Let me start by saying that I can totally sympathize with your RL scenario. I hope 3 gets better, but I hope you're able to get through without too much grief. No, about this story. Holi canoli. This was just- wow. Wow. You know, I started this chapter thinking it'd be an interesting development, yay for more research into the weresbane. Okay. Wow. So much more!! Totally out of no where. Did not see that coming. It's great to see Ron involved again, and even to see him and Draco doing a bit better. All of the relationships you outline are progressing wonderfully, and the writing is superb. I totally didn't see that whole Roger- Voldemort thing. That was intense. I was so on edge. Then I started thinking about how Severus might react when he heard the news. Okay, when we finally got to that part-- he needs to get kicked down some pegs. That was ridiculous!! He was completely unbelievable- and you left us with such a cliff hanger!! Oh my goodness!! I really hope Hermione isn't thinking what I think she may be thinking. Wow. I really really want it to be next Thursday. Like, now. Now. Wow. Thanks for such an amazing chapter and for that matter, a wonderful story!! |

| Where to begin...I reached the end of the chapter and simultaneously cheered/jumped for joy for Harry's birthday and le gasped at the cliffie. This chapter blew my mind away! The excitement of successfully performing the cure, the adrenaline rush of the betrayal, the verb "to pshaw", I loved every minute of it! I reached the end of the story and looked in shock at the scroll bar at the bottom of the window. "Surely I haven't already read this entire chapter..." the snarky cat thought to herself. Thanks for a glorious update, even when your RL sounds like it's as complicated and draining as Hermione's! Seriously, though, I hope your life calms down soon. *sends virtual hugs, and backup bottle of vodka just in case* :o) ~SK824~ |
