| Okay, I think I get it. Maybe. Severus thinks that Hermione is punishing him for “taking her virginity” by “consorting with that beast,“ and that is why he threatens to kill her? He isn’t expecting her to transform to a unicorn, which shocks him long enough for her to get away from him. Hermione is bleeding now, because Hermione got between Castina and Severus, so why aren’t they going after her? Obviously Hermione isn’t herself; the speed and direction Hermione is going will have her beyond the Forest shortly—even wounded! Then she’ll be seen by Muggles or taken by the enemy! Nope! I don’t get it, and I am more confused than ever! And Hermione has got werewolves to save and N.E.W.T.s to take and her share of stuff to do to reset the wards and kill Voldemort—besides dealing for her feelings for Severus! OH, I am so confused! Please help me!

| I, too, have turned down a good man—because, although he was good, he was not right. I understand how Hermione could cry as though her heart was breaking; I certainly thought mine was at the time! Hermione seems to be a masochist where Severus is concerned, and he seems rather a bit more of a bastard where she is concerned! As they are both strong characters, please let us know they will be okay—especially since they are “mated” in this story!

| I don't understand what Severus is getting at with this line: "I might have known I'd find you out here consorting with that beast! Was it punishment, is that it, for taking you up on your offer?" What is "it?" I don't see how consorting with Castina punishes Severus. Or is "it" saving Severus? Is he saying that saving him when he wanted to die was punishment for him taking her viginity?
I've read a few reviewers who now think that H/S is now an impossibility and who want Hermione to just stay away from this abusive man. I'd like to remind readers, however, that this is an unusual fanfiction because we never get to hear Severus's thoughts. There are lots of fanfictions where Severus is abusive, but we know that it's because he is wallowing in guilt and thinks that Hermione is better off without him. It's hard to judge what is going on, since we don't see anybody's perspective but Hermione's.

| I read chapter in Thursday. But I couldn't comment. I'm thinking about it all time. Too much emotions for me. I saw reviews. Some readers are angry for Severus. I'm not. Hermione did something so stupid, but I love her for it. She is hero, real "Women in love" (exactly like in this song ). But they shouldn't be so looong apart. They can make-up and break up again, can't they? Few sweet hot kisses for fans? Please...

| My oh my. That was an intense chapter. I liked what you did with Lucius and Narcissa, how Hermione had a small moment of realization about their characters. And was Severus reaching for Hermione right before she fled? It mentioned that both Castina and Severus moved toward Hermione. Tsk tsk, I understand that Hermione has removed Severus' Dark Mark, but I believe he should have taken a little bit more time to compose himself before going on a rage. Thanks for writing, please please please have the resolution come soon! |
