| I can't wait until next Thursday. I like this chapter, there's not anything that made me mad and thats a good thing. I want to like Ron and Severus. They just make it so hard sometimes. But this was a nice chapter, kinda calm compared to the last few. I don't think I'm making much sense but thanks for the update. |

| This is not technically a review, I suppose; it's a thank you note. I'm one of those people who definitely prefers good writing -- which this is, and thorough plot & relationship development -- which this has. The thank you is rally for giving us all of those things in one package, along with the knowledge that it's actually finished. You update regularly, which is a significant blessing in light of the fact that my other favorite stories are all hanging fire. One of them is definitely abandoned; two appear to be. Of the two for which I most desperately want updates, one hasn't been updated in almost 3 years, and one is in long term hiatus due to the onset of family issues which interrupted mid-flow. Another author updates about once every two or three months. Another 3 authors are still active but not doing anything on the stories that interest me. Sigh. :-( Thank you for keeping me from going insane.

| As always my Thursday was brightened by the arrival of another chapter. Severus is once again pushing the bar lower with his insecure childishness. It's so obvious (though not to Hermione) that he's besotted with her and overly jealous of her, yet so insecure he can't imagine she could feel the same way, let alone the teacher/student issue.
I'm on holiday next week which depresses and delights me simultaneously - I'll miss a Thursday but when I'm back I'll get 2 chapters not one!
Also I have one minor correction which feel free to ignore -it's just one of my personal grammar peeves - "The less people she had to lie to, the happier she would be.". Is should be "fewer" not "less". Less for amount, fewer for number. Sorry for being all grammar nazi. |

| Another very good chapter - your descriptions of potion-making are wonderfully thought out, and I really enjoy reading them. I have a little lingering doubt about Viktor - I just don't know whether he's so entranced with Hermione that he's really willing to sit and watch her brew potions for hours or whether he's up to no good. Perhaps I'm as paranoid as Mad-Eye Moody! |
