| Well, here we are, at the very end of this very long journey. It took me some time to think about this last chap and this review, because I’ve to admit that I am not very happy with the epilogue. Probably because I was expecting something total different: a detailed bonding, some quality time with H.&S., some previews of the plans of Harry&Draco, some reactions of the others, for example her parents to the bonding, simply the usual thoroughly thought out description of Hermione’s feelings, of all what’s going on. The participation through the eyes of a stranger, if not important person to the plot was uh, very strange. We’ve been so close to your special Hermione and Severus, and this big distance at the end leaves me feeling somewhat bereft. I’d have liked to have the chance to bid farewell, but that’s very difficult for me with this chap. I don’t assume you will consider a rewrite of your epilogue? No, please don’t mind, that’s really not fair from me to ask. Because you did a truly amazing job with the whole fic, and I enjoyed this long and very diversified journey immensely. I’ve never experienced something like that, with your regular, reliable updates, with all the intensive work you put into your story, and I want to say “Thank you” again and again. I wish you all the best for a very Happy New Year, and I hope to see more from you in the future. Cheers, M. |

| finally finished! i need to say that it is one of the best written stories I've ever read. however, I must confess that your Hermione annoyed me very much, she was too much of a canon-sue for my liking. all other characters seemed to be eclipsed by her.
but, despite Hermione's idealization, I'm very impressed by the way you write, build intrigue and form dialogues. Few times I was even tempted to write down in my notebook some sentences from the story just becouse they sounded so good.
P.S. I apologize for the mistakes I could have made in the review but english is not my first language. |
