| Good chapter! There was a typo or two, but I kept reading, rather than stop to point 'em out, and now I can't remember where they were. Oh well, maybe I'll re-read to find 'em. | Everybody tells you that but I have to repeat it: friendship of Harry and Hermione is the best part of story. They are close, you can show us their non-sexual (but curious and interesting :) ... touch? Closeness? I don't know how to say it. But closeness and secret... - that's what we need!
And I look forward to some HG/SS. Is he really jealous or just little annoyed? What is he thinking? I want to know ;)
One more thing... There is one the most wonderful thing in your story. You are tolerant , don't avoid some social topics and you can describe them honestly and with sense. Homosexuality, gossip, friendship... This may be strange theory, but keep going like this. I'm your fan! Author's Response: Thank you very much ^_^ . It's great to hear from Ashwinder readers especially that you're enjoying the Hermione/Harry interaction and not just sitting there wondering where the hell the HG/SS is. It *will* be coming, I swear it will, just not ... instantly. As for what Severus is thinking and feeling, Hermione wants to know that very much as well. Unfortunately, since the story is in her POV and she is clueless, that's another thing you're going to be waiting a while for ;) . I believe that in a proper relationship (either friends or lovers), you should be able to talk about anything, and that's what I've tried to bring to Hermione and Harry's relationship. | I really do love this story. I love that it's a Hermione/Severus story but that the first section is Hermione and Harry's friendship.
I have to admit though that the tension for Severus to find out, at the very least, that Hermione and Harry are not together is unbearable. I can wait out Hermione and Severus together but man am I anxious for that first truth to be known. Drawing out this story is actually to it's benefit. Author's Response: Thank you. In this fic in particular, I wanted to show Hermione's whole life and how Severus integrates into it (or not), rather than just concentrating on her relationship with Severus (though I've read and written that and enjoyed it, too). I'm glad (if that's not too mean) that you're finding it suspenseful as you wait for Severus to find out what's really going on. It *will* happen, I promise ^_^ . | I loveeee Hermione and Harry's relationship in this story, it's /perfect/. I only wish you would update faster, but far be it from me to tax the mind of a genius. <3 This is probably the first Ash fic where my interests lie not in Hermione x Sev but in a platonic relationship. | I will be very sad the day a chapter comes out of this story without a Hermione/Severus interaction of some sort. You're right about your reply to my last comment: sparks do fly! :) Author's Response: I don't actually have every chapter memorized, so I can't swear to this, but I would imagine that chapters devoid of HG/SS are at least few and far between. | Love it! Another fabulous chapter. Keep up the good work. I also thought that maybe Snape was standing outside listening. But it would serve him right if he didn't find out yet because he has been such an jerk about the situation. It makes it all that much better when he does finally find out. Author's Response: Thank you. Severus *is* a spy, so I can see why you guys got all suspicious, but he really wasn't listening. His being a prat will be ... ongoing, I guess you could say.
