| Oh, by the way--if anyone else remembers, do please mention it--I couldn't remember anymore what Hermione had given Severus for his birthday, nor could I find it perusing the likely chapters. (And another 10 points for our author--this way, I get to give her "20" for this chapter. Yay!) |

| I really feel for both of them here. You have been able to portray just how traumatized Severus was as the sixteen-year-old faced with a real, live, salivating werewolf--and why it's such a real impediment to his entire psyche. Yes, the fear impedes his ability to transform, but you have shown how it's damaged him much more beyond that. I feel for Hermione, trying to help him. You have done an excellent job, as usual, but you always do well in different ways each time. |

Will it be the door connecting Hermione's room to Snape's room? I know that's going to come up at some point.
When will Hermione explain what she really meant about unicorns whose mates die?
I am SO EXCITED for the next chapter. Seriously. How many more can we expect before completion? (I'm not starting a countdown, I just want to know how much longer I can look forward to updates.)

| I loved that Fawkes was back, albeit briefly! This chapter speaks volumes about Severus' neediness. Mr. Independent himself. Good thing Hermione's tenacious. (Is there a stronger word?) I love that this story is so complex. It seems like you've allowed every brilliant plot idea you had become part of the story. I LOVE IT! As always, thanks for sharing. It's a fascinating, wonderful, emotional and superbly-written story. |
