| Gosh, sometimes he is really, really dense, isn't he? Why can't this stubborn man only once be the one to extend his hand to her? Last chapter, it looked so well - not yet making amends, but being on speaking terms. And by the way, I don't think Hermione caved in or let him off lightly when she agreed to talk to him again - she made it more than clear that she trusted his word, but that she needed to safeguard her heart. And rightly so, as we have just seen. Darn, but he's a complicated one. He needs to come to terms with his feelings for her, 'cause what reared its ugly head in Room One was nothing else than plain old jealousy... At least everything's fine with Castina and the herd :-). But what on earth is happening right now? Who can fool Harry, Draco *and* Severus via MindSpeek, pretending to be Hermione? And why only them? Who knows (aside from Fawkes and Castina) about their MindSpeek-communications? Is it a malevolent ambush or something completely different? Curioser and curioser... As always, thank you soooo much for this story :-))) |

| Friends for five minutes, that has to be a record. Thanks for the update, I am really enjoying S/H interacting again. The ending to this chapter was evil, and I can't wait for Thursday!

| Now that is ever so slightly evil! I was so enjoying them being friends for all of five minutes too. On a slightly more pressing matter...this smells of an ambush to me! Gaah! At least it is only 5 days until the next update. I would like to know what SS heard in the rest of the message though. |

| Sigh... I've been doing a happy dance for two days that they were friends again. Shoulda known it wouldn't last... but hopefully they'll make up soon, again, because it's getting to the point where two such intelligent people really ought to notice that they're in love. Then again...
---Total curveball at the end there, too. You always manage to keep the plot twisting. Which is probably why I don't mind terribly when Severus and Hermione are feuding... cause there's usually something to distract from the pining... I'm terribly curious about how someone could have hijacked Hermione's mind (or whatever it was they in fact did) and what the rest of the message might have said. Terribly. Curious.
