| Pissed off or not, I don't completely understand why Hermione doesn't want to talk to Severus. Is she afraid her own anger will get so out of hand she'll end up hexing him? Or that they'll end up hexing each other? Is she afraid that's what's going to happen, regardless? Good chapter! |

| Yes! About time, there are in a room together and they are not violently attacking each other (yet). Honestly, is Severus that dense? Hermione loves someone, so she saves his life. Severus loves someone he attacks her with a Cruciatus. And you wonder why she doesn't want to talk to you? I really, really want them to have it out. But, I think he needs to admit how he feels before she lets up. I want to know the reasoning behind his behavior (which doesn't make it right in any case) yet, I think Hermione deserves to know. So, I'm glad he's going to be stubborn. He better not let her walk out of that door until they have a good understanding and are on good footing. And I can think of where Severus really wanted her.:) |

| OMG, I'm going to kick Hermione in the teeth. Listen, I love your Hermione, I love how powerful, and independent, and strong she is, but this whole 'I can do anything; I know better than most everyone' attitude of hers becomes a bit grating after a while. Yes, she can subvert all magic ever (or at least, that's how it's starting to feel) with her super powers, but seriously, her refusal to listen to anyone else's opinions (besides Harry's) is becoming frustrating. For the first time in FOREVER, Severus actually wants to talk about something they *need* to talk about. I don't care if she is grimy, and tired, and annoyed at him for being a complete berk, she needs to sit down, shut up, and actually do something someone else tells her to for once. Even if that someone is Severus. Also, this story, as ever, is great! Can't wait for next Thursday. |

| I've been waiting with baited breath for them to interact again. Personally, I think her insistence on NOT talking is a bit surprising, as she's been such a good communicator otherwise. Is she really not interested in hearing his thoughts on the rescue, removing the Dark Mark, her animagus form and wandless transformation, etc? Don't they need to at least discuss the plan for the destruction of Voldemort, as they no longer have such a convieniant informant? I half-expect him to make "talking" the activity of her next detention, assuming he doesn't explode from her bald refusal. Why so stubborn, Hermione? You may be a Pure Adult, but you're not infallible. |

| Well. Then. I totally had convinced myself last week to wait until halloween (or at least the end of September to read further into your story). Obviously, just the thought of another chapter from you was too much for my willpower. This chapter, while frustrating in many ways, was gentle. Yea!
