| Ooh! Bonus chapters, you say? I'd like to see these bonus chapters. And any word on how soon Severus might pull his head out of his arse? It would be nice if there were some story left when he did so, considering that relatively nice Severus is more helpful than Severus-who-is-insecure-and-a-prat. The story continues to be awesome, as one would expect. Author's Response: LOL The bonus chapter is getting nearer. I'm doing my best to keep Severus canon, and that means that he's rather stubborn and tends to react *very badly* to emotional situations. There *is* still more than 300K left to the fic, so, er, there's still lots of story to come where Severus might potentially be better? I like relatively nice Severus, too, but it takes work to get to him. ;) I'm delighted to hear that you still find the story awesome. Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^ | |||

| It happens every time -- I FORGET that the last I-don't-know-how-many chapters had cliffies, and I get sooooo deep into the story...and then ANOTHER cliffie. Hats off to your amazing talent! I'd love to know what's going on in Snape's mind. Any thoughts about giving us a peek into his point of view? Author's Response: I'm glad you're enjoying the regular updates (and the occasional bonus, even if it hasn't quite been delivered yet). Sadly, there will be no delving into Severus's mind, interesting as it would definitely be; a lot of the tensions in the fic centre around Hermione's interaction with Severus and her not understanding his motivation. It takes too much away if I give you guys a direct line into his head. Sorry. But Hermione *is* stubborn and *does* want to know more concerning him, so.... | Thank you for writing so quickly. I am checking for new chapters of this story almost every day, I am really hooked! I hope Severus comes to his senses soon, I am getting quite irritated with him. Author's Response: The nice thing about having a fic already written is that I don't ever have to worry about writer's block. I have to be able to make time for the editing, but I've always got something to work from. The Thursday (or late Wednesday night) updates are regular, but the bonus chapters will come occasionally. Being irritated with Severus is a natural state of affairs. ;) Thanks for taking the time to review again. ^_^ | |||

| Yay! Thursday is definitely my fave day of the week! And even more so when you see those words indicating 'bonus chapter'. Please tell me that some of the others have worked out from Severus' reaction that he's Hermione's someone...that'll just make everything more fun!!!
