| Awesome chapter. I totally feel for Hermione. Sometimes things get so overwhelming that you have to run away, if only to get your mind in order. I wanted to say that you have done an amazing job with this story. You've taken the canon and woven your own magic in and around it to make it totally unique. It's also nice to see a hard-hearted Snape. I like reading about mellow-Snape, but it's fun to change things up. You've revealed so little about him so far that you can do anything with him and I don't know that any of us readers would be able to predict it. I think I remember you saying that we would find out about what's going on with him, right? I believe that something has been making him behave so strongly towards Hermione. I can't wait to find out what it is. I have complete faith in your ability to keep you characters true to themselves. |

| I can't wait to read about Hermione's detentions. I also want to know what is up with Draco. WTH? Poor Hermione, she puts up with a lot. Harry didn't even say that he wanted her back b/c he couldn't stand to see her go. All he says is junk about how they need her and about defeating Voldemorte and how they can't do it wihtout her. Whatever, responsibilites never make a person go back to certian heartache. But with the way Hermione is acting it is actually believeable. Thanks for the update, It was great. |

| What the...? Draco! That part was actually sort of hilarious, if unexpected and uncalled-for. I'm a little confused about one thing: does Hermione not realize that Severus was angry about the unicorn blood? I mean, I'm obviously just assuming that was the reason, since you haven't expressly said. It seems as though she has NO idea why he could possibly be upset. I'm not saying that he's justified attacking and threatening to kill her, but the possibility of a cursed life seems like a pretty serious thing to be confronted with. Don'tget me wrong, I absolutely adore your story and I can't wait for next week, regardless of my confusion. You mentioned that we're getting to some explanations soon, though, so I can wait. Also, I realize your work life has been crazy and hectic and ridiculous, so good on you for being so persistant and reliable. You're awesome and a half. :) |

| Maybe Hermione should try hexing a few jaws shut, maybe that would give a few people a clue to just shut it and leave her be. Starting with Draco, who's a complete idiot if he believes Hermione is a threat to him and Harry. He should know better by now. And how ironic is it that everyone's fine with Severus punishing Hermione for running off when he was the fool who caused it in the first place. Hopefully, Severus will use those upcoming detentions as an opportunity to clear the air with Hermione and get his facts straight. It would be about damn time! |

| There seems to be a trend of Severus confronting Hermione, then Hermione running away before said confrontation is complete.
