| I'm so pleased that I'm actually able to read the update for this story. For now, I have internet service, but this could possibly change once I'm no longer getting severance and my two home businesses aren't progressing as speedily as I'm hoping. Anyway..., I absolutely loved this chapter. I'm about to go through and read it again. I love that we got to feel the exhilaration of watching Remus and yes even Draco transform into wolves. Admittedly, I felt most excited for Remus since it's something he's never done without being forced as a Were. I was pretty sure what Severus was up to. I found it quite humorous that he just let Hermione come in and do her detentions without saying a thing until she brought it up, it was excellant. I of course want to see more Hermione/Severus interaction. Even training would be great, since it seems to have dropped away completely. Honestly, I agree that Harry had to become a Phoenix. It was basically a given when Falkes started to refer to him as Boy-bird. But I love that he unknowingly insulted Falkes and the way Falkes handled that. It was quite humorous. I think Hermione is becoming a Master Manipulator, but it's a little different than it is for Albus. Albus' only reason it for the better good of all. Hermione's is for the better good of each individual person. Between the two Master Manipulators and Severus tossed in there as a Master Manipulator once in a while, I think that we get an excellant view of what will come of this. I personally don't know if the transformations will work or fail, to get rid of the Were, but I'm excited to find out. I do believe that there is a lot left to this story, but I don't think it ALL has to do with the Werewolf. The title of this story is about Purity. So, questions I've got that will I'm sure be answered at a later date, but I'm hoping you'll answer now.... ; ) 1. When Hermione is no longer a pure adult, will she be allowed to touch other members of her heard while in Animagus form? 2. Will Hermione and Harry be able to keep their Magical Animagus forms when they are no longer pure, even though they WERE the Pure Adults but are no longer pure? 3. What qualities and magical abilities will Harry have that Phoenixes have. ie. Hermione can purify water with her horn, but her blood wouldn't work like a true unicorns... Will Harry have burning days, be able to carry heavy loads, be able to disappear in flame and reappear in flame in a different location like Falkes can, etc...? 4. Did I read in your story that unicorns shed their horns? I can't find it in your chapters, but I can't recall... If they do, will Hermione eventually shed hers? Yes I have many more questions, but these are the ones I thought to ask right now. By the way, I can still give you my email, how cool would it be to get the updates that way. However right now it's not exactly necessary (unless you want me to proof read, ahead to help you??? Please??? ***puppy dog eyes***). I know, I know, not likely, but I'd be honored since I have so much more free time on my hands now. I'd totally do it. See info in Bio for email. I don't know if it's actually visible, so if not, then let me know. Anyway, now that I'm done with that tangent, great chapter and I look forward to next week. Author's Response: I'm delighted that you get to keep reading, too. ^_^ Although it's great that Draco gets wrapped up in the cure for what he feels he needs to be with Harry, it's definitely for Remus that it's being done, because Remus has put up with being a werewolf for *so* long and suffered *so* much. It's because of him that Hermione really learnt about werewolves, or learnt about them personally, so the whole process is very deeply related to him. There will indeed be more Hermione/Severus interaction, you just have to be patient. ;) Training hasn't dropped away so much as it takes place in the background a lot of the time now; it's actually very boring to have training session after training session--trust me when I say that you don't want to read about them all the time. ;) I see Hermione much as you do, a type of Master Manipulator; I think going through school with Albus would actually have been very similar to going through school with Hermione now. Despite your wanting to know the answers to your questions (good questions, btw), I'm not going to spoil you. The only one I can answer, therefore is 4. Unicorns *do* shed their horns, but unless Hermione spent years in unicorn form, it wouldn't happen to her. Thank you for the offer to proof beforehand, lol, but if I gave the chapter early to you, I'd have a fair few other people who'd want it as well. Thanks for such a detailed review. ^_^ | |||

| I love this fic so much. But I am pouting cos I have to wait for each chapter! On the plus side though, at least this way I don't get too distracted from my final dissertation! | Ah! I want to find out if it works; I wish it was Thursday everyday! I had no idea that this story was going to be so long, but I'm certainly looking forward to it. Oh, and I found one teeny tiny mistake: "*She was underwent more* of the silent treatment"...about 59-60 paragraphs in. Author's Response: Thursday everyday would be an awfully tough schedule for me to keep up. ;) I'm glad you're looking forward to plenty more to come. | "A Parrot?!" Fawkes made me lol. As did Snape's detentions. Though it does make me sad that Hermione won't be spending much time in his classroom for detention, I get the feeling that she'll make it there eventually anyway... Thanks for another excellent chapter; I'm waiting anxiously for next Thursday, especially with that evil cliffhanger!

| *Smiles* this is just what i needed today. I am so glad that Draco and Remus are about to find out for sure whether it works or not. I loved their transformation and romping through the lab. Harry's pheonix transformation was fabulous. He will be so happy when he can really spread his wings and fly. I loved his lessons on being a pheonix. I am so glad that you let us see his whole transformation instead of breaking in the middle. I'm not sure i could have dealt with that. I think it is just classic that Severus let Hermione do an extra week of horrible detentions before letting her off. I wonder how long he would have let her go on if she hadn't actually said anything. Well i guess this is enough for now. Thanks for another great chapter and i anxiously wait for next Thursday and the ultimate test of the weresbane. Author's Response: I'm glad the chapter brought a smile to your day and that you enjoyed the transformations. Sometimes something actually happens in the chapter instead of breaking in the middle, lol. ;) Severus will always be Severus; if nothing else, *he* was curious how long she would keep going. | I'm now on the edge of my chair waiting for the next update.. I want to know if the cure worked! Something tells me it may not have, seeing that we're only a third of the way through the story.. but my fingers are crossed! And as for Harry's animagus form, I was thinking he'd be a snake. But your choice was very appropriate as well! Can't wait for the next installment. Author's Response: I'm glad that the fic is continuing to keep your interest. :D There are many things going on to keep it playing out for quite a while. ;) I've seen very convincing Harry-as-a-snake fics, I just didn't think it fit very well for this particular fic. | aaargh! I have to wait till next Thursday! Seriously, it is lovely to have something to look forward to. I howled with laughter over Fawkes' reaction to Harry thinking he is a parrot and I smirked at Snape not telling Hermione she wasn't actually in detention. A beautifully crafted story. Thank you so much for writing it. Author's Response: LOL I'm glad anticipation is keeping you going. I don't think Fawkes has to suffer through parrot insults too often. ;) Severus will always be a Slytherin (even if he has plenty of other traits, too).
