And Harry and Draco need to get over themselves. I'm really surprised at the way you've had them react. I mean, I can see that their lack of support fuels Hermione's angst, but Harry and Hermione always have each other's backs! I am so disappointed in his character.

| It's been a few weeks since I've reviewed...I've been on a study-abroad in southern France and, while my iPhone worked there, I am NOT looking forward to getting the bill for data. I only checked my email on my phone twice in 5 weeks, but I religiously read your updates on my tiny iScreen.
So, here's my 5-in-1 review: I still adore the story. I've re-read some chapters and am getting ready to re-read from the beginning over the next week. Here's what I love the most...the perspective and Hermione's emotions dictating what we see of Snape. I remember being a teenager and the whole reading so much into every interaction with the person who'd caught my eye.
Snape is very canon in that he remains a very emotional being. Unfortunately for all, his ability to interact with nearly everyone is impacted.
I love the way you're writing this so slowly and carefully. I believe that both Snape and Hermione are going to need at least a couple of "ah-ha" moments before they start heading in the direction of a lasting relationship with any shred of intimacy.
Sorry if this ends up being one big clump of a review. I have no idea how to make paragraphs!!
Thanks again so much for writing and sharing the story. And thank you for taking the time to continue to post regularly. I'm sure you realize that your updates are your readers' favorite part of the week! Hang in there in RL. I hope things get very better soon.

| Yeah! More, please! I dropped back to review before catching up, and caught this error: Fortunately, Ginny was a great deal more reasonable than Ron, and she got on quite well with Draco, all things considered. Neville and Luna were willing to trust Hermione and Harry's judgement paired with Draco's overt behaviour in the nearly two months that he had been in the frequent company of Hermione and (Draco). This last sentence should end with Harry's name. Good chapter, by the way! Thanks! |
