| Well, I know the point of the story is to get Hermione with Severus, but this is a very sad chapter with many real life implications. Hermione has made one of the most important promises of all to Ron - her marriage vows - and she is now dabbling in things that will destroy her marriage. Whether it's romance novels or just talking with another man, anything that gives illusions of "the way things ought to or could be" is dangerous. Of course, you have written both Ron and his family in a very negative light, so Hermione was foolish to marry him to begin with, but that's another discussion! |

| Oh could you please please please update this story? :P I LOVED it, one of the best HG/SS ones I've ever read and I could literally not stop thinking about it until I got to the 'end.' It was trully amazing and I do hope you can finish it soon!!!!! |

| So sorry to see that this has been 3 years without an update. I accept there's not going to be any more, but I still love it enough to have re-read it, unfinished as it is. Definitely one of the best HGSS fics ever (and there's a lot of competition!), so I'm sad not to know if/how they make it. |

| I've read these 49 chapters and thought of the story even when I wasn't reading. You've created/adapted compelling characters with complex motivations. And you've given us genuine star-crossed lovers and great sensuality.
When I read at the end of this chapter that we're now going into the second act of a third-act story, though, I began to feel a little impatient. UST is wonderful, but I feel like some of the last ten chapters could have been pared down so as to focus more strongly on the development of SS and HG's affair. At this point, I'd really like more progression!
The only other thing I would mention is that you use a lot of epithets or synonyms for people's names, and I think that it isn't always effective. "The brunette witch" and the "raven-haired wizard" are two of the simpler ones...and they start to seem jarring. Just the character's names are fine!
I will be really interested to see where you go with this...as a writing mom myself, I know how hard it is to get anything done with little ones and your dedication is amazing! |

| I adore this story. I see that it hasn't been updated in some time, but I hope you do update it eventually. I'd really like to know what happens, although writing and being a parent is undoubtedly difficult. |
