| Well happy thanksgiving to me! Thank you for the excellent timing on this chapter. I wonder if there isnt some rule that provents H from making her own anti cramp potion? Does a person have to be a master? She could make it and be rich and leave RW once and for all. I am very much looking forward to the anniversary dinner, the masked ball and the continuing adventures of our heros. Author's Response: Hermione sell her own anti-cramping potion without being accredited as a Mistress? Would you want to buy you prescriptions from someone who wasn't a pharmasist? | I am really enjoying the progression of their relationship - she relies on him for emotional support and feels comfortable in his presence now, despite knowing his true identity. How much self-control can one man have? He is probably going to be highly sexually frustrated fairly soon :) I must admit that I'm looking forward to her next war of words with Ron as well. | Brillant. What a great chapter to read after I have finished my last exam for the year. I love the idea of the menstruation potion being made by a male with only breif female contact on the issue. Hehe men a wimps in tht area. Now I can't wait untill the spa...bring on the spa....here spa scene here spa scene....I have a massage table and two unsuspecting people here spa scene. Oh so I can't call it like a can a dog but I can bribe you with chocolate, wine and possibly a muse though I don't know how much one will cost me. I must admit at first the Authors note at the bottom of the story annoyed me but i've come to realise, I am rather slow at realising things when I've just read about the seductive Severus, that you put a lot of time, effort and research into your stories which gives a greater ammount of realism to the piece. We all know that both Hermione and Severus are in fact to smart for their own good sometimes so it's great to see the lengths you go to to keep reminding us that they are both intelligent and that they would both know the meanings behind little things like the flower colour and type. Although I would also LOVE to read about Severus pinning down the over achiever and makeing her sucum to him oh so sexyness, alas like Severus I must have paitence. Keep them coming I'm getting great enjoyment out of this. Author's Response: Yeah, it seems that until women design more of the stuff we use everyday, we'll never get what we truly need at times. | I was thrilled to see an update. I was hoping Hermione would wear the dress to Snape, but I guess she's saving it for another time. I liked that Snape had his house elf tend to Hermione, what a gentleman! I enjoyed this chapter very much, I had two favorite moments, the first one isn't really a moment, but I loved the name of the potion that Hermione takes '...witches best friend', that just cracked me up and I loved the descriptions of the herbs and etc in your author notes. Entertaining and educational! You don't see that very often in fan fiction. Thanks and looking forward to your next update. Author's Response: Nope, Severus doesn't get to see the dress...not just yet. Yeah, the Potion name struck me as one of the euphamistic names they used to use for feminine products in the 50's and 60's. | |||

| Well, this is the second woman to fall asleep on Severus in how many days? Maybe he should be concerned about boring his clients to sleep. ;D ~~~You know, his meetings with Hermione really do give him some lucrative ideas to bring to Lavender. Hope she appreciates his muse. ~~~~The way she responds to Severus really contrasts with the way Ron behaves toward her. WHEN he insults her on their anniversary, will she be able to say "look... you have your newfound quiddich career, great time to start over,..find a nice witch to settle down with... you don't value any thing about me.... buh bye."? Hope so. I don't think he currently likes even one little thing about her, or values anything she has to offer. That's the kiss of death to a relationship in my opinion. If your strengths are dismissed by the one you love, then what else will be dismissed? Your love, affection, independence. The love will leave, ESPECIALLY with bad sex, harsh words and being ignored.
(btw, I just read a story that was the EXACT opposite of this one and I kept thinking of atdlhea. ) Author's Response: Let's just say that these witches feel safe, secure and comforted in his presence. You'll just have to wait to see how thier anniversary pans out. Ron has certain issues that will come out later where Hermione is concerned. | |||
