| Oh, I am so expecting Ron's greed to wreck things royally - his demands for more money may lose him a new contract with the Cannons, and then he'll also lose the endorsement because he'll no longer be the Cannons' star. I am glad she remembers her conversations with Snape and Calleo, including Snape's warning about her wedding. She really did bring her bad marriage on herself. Can't wait to see who her "guest" is! Kudos on another great chapter! Author's Response: Sorry for not replying ot your review earlier, but internet connectivity has been very wonky since Friday - it's up, it's down, it's up, it's down. Ron's greed could really ruin things, as you guessed. We'll have to see how he'll botch things up. Yes, Severus made his question about her unwaivering friendship a very somber one so she would remember when the time came for her to realize who he was. And the pre-wedding argument...well, more on that much later in the story. | |||

| Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that I started reading your story two days ago and was hooked immediately after having finished the first few paragraphs. I was up all night trying to inhale as much of it as possible. And I didn't know if I was supposed to be thrilled or angry, when I realised the story was not yet finished: I want to know what happens!!! ( But so does everybody else here I presume ^.~ )
I loved the way you in a way "re-invented" canon to fit your story, so that it is so new and original, yet so believably "Potteresque" ^.~ I could honestly understand why each character evolved the way they are now; years after the war. Why some relationships did not work out ( I'm a huge Ron/ Hermione fan - not a shipper, just a fan ^.~ but to be quite honest: your way of portraying the development of their marriage just sounds so shockingly realistic ) and why some things were just bound to happen ( Death Eater Decree - Disguised Injustice etc. ).
So, yeah - in short: I adore your story! ^_^ It usually takes quite a lot for me to *really* dig a story, but you did it. Your writing is just absolutely amazing and catching. So different from J.K.R. ( which is good! ), so unique and just wonderful to read and enjoy. But at the same time you manage to pull off the difficult task of writing light enjoyment, but creating deep prose. Love you for that! So much believable psychology. But well, said that before ^.~
I was really touched by your "love vs. in love" statement because that's exactly what I always believed, as well ( even though my definition of "in love" was/ is slightly different ). Especially your A/N after that chapter. Must have been one of the most romantic things I've read in a long time. I hope things are still that great for you and working out fine.
Anyway, after having positively spilled my "slime of adoration" everywhere ( ^.~ ), I hope you update soon, for you have a new addict to add to your long list of followers ( ^____^ )

Thank you for your review and praise. I tried to build upon what I could only guess what characters would be doing, while trying to keep things mostly canon. I know Severus and Draco working as gigolos is not exactly canon, but it is my challenge. Glad you found my interpretation of Hermione and Ron's marriage realistic. HBP merely supported my interpretation of a petty and vengeful Ron. Thank you, things are working out just fine on my end. Loving husband and two beaitiful children. Life is good. And I don't mind your "slime of adoration." Since I don't get money for my writing, this is as close to payment for my work I'll ever get. | |||

| I can't believe I'm still with you after 39 chapters.......You're killing me!! Love the story, so much "real" context within the chapters....the husband/wife stuff, relationships in general, etc. Update faster, dammit!! Author's Response: I'm updating as fast as I can, dearie. Damnit, I'm hooked! Author's Response: I thought Ashwinder updated too. A friend IM'ed me to say she read ch39 and left me a review, so I sent out notice of the update without checking first. She was mistaken. She read chapter 38 - which is listed as installment #39, but is still chapter 38. Chapter 37 got slpit into two (#37 & #38), as it is so long that the chapters are asynchronous with the installment numbers. So Chapter 39 - which will list as #40, should be posted soon, but it's till in the queue right now. | |||
