I do hope you'll let us know where Ron was for a week. I suspect at a girlfriends house since he's not trying to be with Hermione. I found how Ginny was testing the waters with Hermione (no pun intended) quite unfair. After all, Hermione had not told a soul about her[Ginny's] relationship with Draco. I found the scenes where Snape and Hermione pleasured themselves to the thoughts of each other. It even seemed as if there was some kinda 'secret' hazy screen that was separating them. I got confused by the "knock up" part,so thanks for the 'xplainin' Till the next chapter and here's wishing that either Siren/Horserider can ride the troubled period and get through ok.

| Oh Betz what a lovely chapter. I've been waiting to see the scene in Melanie's art work played out. It turned out great. I'm glad you incorporated the nail polish. Imagining Severus and Draco trying facial masks and nail polish is just too cute...and funny. I love it. The illustration by Lana is just gorgeous, too. It's so cool that they chose an illustration of your fic to put on WIKTT's homepage! You'll probably attract new readers with that. Anyway, I really enjoyed this chapter. What I liked about it is the feeling I got during the "changing room scene" when Severus and Hermione were...er, you know. No, not that kind of feeling *snicker*, I'm talking about the impression I'm getting that they are both attracted to each other and becoming, well...dependent on one another. Well, I don't know that I like using the word "dependent," but it's the best word I can think of to describe the way they both find comfort and support in the other's presence. Hermione finds escape from her lousy marriage, and Severus finds a way to escape his frustrating life (by using her to do it), and they both get the academic stimulation they need. Anyway, I'm loving the tension building between them. It'll be interesting to see how much longer they are able to hold out...hehe *evil smirk* Author's Response: Yeah...being forced to do something so vain and...feminine jsut seems a riot. Oh, what those two must suffer! Boy, I'd like to suffer with facials, manicures and a day at the spa every month! Yeah, I was pretty thrilled to realize that Lana's pic was from my story. I had no clue till I read her comments as posted on Illusions. I feel deeply honored by that. Yes, you are correct, they are both feeling drawn to one another. Yeah, it will be interesting to see just how much longer they can both hold out...tension, temptation, and a test of one's will power will certainly be par for the course for these two. | |||

| I love the image of Sev's toes with nail polisher, LOL cute! When is Hermione going to stop being a prude and realize there is no hope for neither Ginny's or her marriage? What's so wrong about divorce? LOL sorry but I'm one of those people who doesn't believe in marriage counseling. I loved the chapter, I'm only sad it's over already :-( btw thanks for linking to my drawing. Author's Response: Yeah, the polish on the toes is a real kicker! That was Melanie's idea. WHen will Hermione realize that it's pointless? Soon, soon. She will have a sort of...epiphany. What is wroing with divorce? Nothing is wrong with it in the Muggle world, but this is the wizarding world we are talking about. More on the whole "divorce thing" in upcoming chapters...relates to Tom Riddle and his mum.
