| So long as J.K. Rowling allows me to use her characters and concepts, I'll forgive her for writing what she wrote in HBP regarding Snape.
That has to be the best disclaimer on the face of the earth.
I was slightly surprised by Ginny's outlook on the R/H relationship, put in context it makes a lot more sense. Ron isn't off shagging Lavender, is he? Oh well, make up for it--even if it didn't happen--with lovely dance practices and we'll all pretend it didn't happen. :-)Thank you Betz for continuing such a wonderful story, it really is quite entertaining. We know Lavender is getting some, but who said Ron is cheating on Hermione...besides Draco and Severus. I have more chapters in the beta-mill, so more is on the way. | Okay, (big breath) so Lavender has *ahem* feelings for Ron, and took advantage of his and Hermione's marital problems to advance her own enjoyment, and possibly love, meanwhile she foresaw the probability of Severus and Hermione falling in love, and with that Hermione leaving with Severus, leaving her (Lavender) free to persue Ron in a more fulfilling way which is why she's reluctant to offer Hermione a job, knowing, as she does, that it would be better for all concerned if Hermione left with Severus. Right? Right? Love the plot advancement., and hope the next chapters come soon. So there are another five months to go before Severus/Draco/Ginny (and possibly Hermione)'s escape? Assuming, of course, that no one helps Hermione revoke that unfair bit of legislation... Author's Response: You could br right...or you could be completely off the mark. Well, just have to wait and see. | |||

| Sorry.. had to review again lol. Its a novel my dear Betz, this isnt a fanfic, its a novel. And I think Lavender needs some sympathy.. she's not coming across in the best light at our end (my friends and I talk about this story too much.. we've analyzed it more the HBP), and its going to be great (if traumatic) to see where she is coming from.
Keep up the good work, I really wish I could write like you. Author's Response: A novel? I don't know about that, but it is an epic in terms of a fanfic (regarding length). Lavender is....well, you'll see. You could write like me...you just to do a lot of writing to practice. | |||

| Ah, and now starts the posting of chapters once more. Evil cliffie, true- I can't wait to see what the memories are. I like the fact that the chapter talked about the issues everyone has been asking about! For example, Hermione leaving with the three of them, and if Ron was cheating. Great chapter! Also, after reading HBP although I know what it seems like, I think there's more to it than there seems. I still see Snape as a good guy. (See JK Rowling's interview with Mugglenet/TLC and other theory boards. lol) Lovely, can't wait for even more! Author's Response: Yes, there was lots of forward momentum in this chapter...as much as I like laying down the back story, there are times I just want to get to some more stuff...but there are important details and motivations that have to be explored. I think Snape is a good guy too - as I was glued to WIKTTMisc in the week following HBP's release. | |||

| lol, I should have clarified "The potion that makes you make YOURSELF raw". (sadly, I DO know what you mean ;D ) And this story is FAR from a load of shit. One of my all time faves and it's not even done yet! Just in case you wondered, I can handle the ugly stuff coming up- so you have at least one reader who will take on chap 34. (I'm sure there will be lots more) Sometimes brutality is necessary to move the story along and develop character. I'd love to see the Ginny/Draco side of this fic some day. I would paddle my canoe over to that ship to read it if it was half as good as this one. Author's Response: I need feedback from the D/G goddess, Mynuet, to see if I should persue it and post it on her D/G fic site. Well, nothign is graphic, nothing really depicted, but it is rather suggestive in what happens. | |||
