I am really looking forward to Hermione's reaction to being a part of this new life of Severus' and the people in it and especially their reaction to her and the version of Severus when he's with her. | I am so sorry to hear about your mom. We each grieve in our own way. I hope your healing comes peacefully. Author's Response: Thank you. She had been mostly in the ICU since mid-August so her health has been slowly failing. Even prepared ahead, it still hurt when she passed. | |||

| Very sorry for your loss of your mother. I've been reading sporadically, so missed any previous mention of same. Glad to know those of us here who appreciate your work have helped lift your spirits a little. Cry hard and stay brave. Author's Response: Last week, when I posted chapter 98, I didn't know my mom was close to death, though I was aware of her health was failing. When it finally cleared the Ashwinder mod cue and I posted to AO3 and AFF, I received word my mom had but hours to live, so I posted in the A/N for the previous chapter on AO3 and AFF that if I delay in updating, it might be because I was busy dealing with my mom's death and funeral stuff - as I didn't want ot get people posting, begging for an update and me snapping at people who didn't know I might otherwise be occupied with personal stuff. Everyone has been very supportive when I needed it. It really helped lift my spirits with so much kindness. | |||
