OK, I have a couple of other words: I can't believe you lead us (and Snape) on, only to pull out the rug at the end of the chapter! Lordy but the anticipation is killing me! On with it already. LOL. | Wow. You are truly just ... amazing. I utterly love this story, beyond all measure. I adore your author's notes, with the extra tid-bits of information. I love the delicate, beautiful way you play out the tension between Hermione and Severus. Your painting of the failing marriages between Hermione and Ron, as well as Ginny and Harry, are poignant and truly emotionally evocative of the hurt and resignation inherent in any relationship that one feels beholden to against one's desires. Thank you so very much for taking the time to write this -- and for updating so very regularly! (I am shockingly impressed by how much you update this; I have nowhere near your literary stamina.)
