| Hmmm... Ron seems okay to pimp Hermione out in order to further his career. First the letch, then to Victor.. and as Hermione observed, he illustrated no jealousy that would indicate any kind of feelings for her. And he didn't seem to care too much that their marriage was over. It was pretty sad that he took a parting shot in the fireplace. Ron is a bitter, bitter man. On a better note, it felt so good to see Severus' reaction to Hermione in the dress. (I'd been hoping for that... is she saving the black one for a special occassion? That seems to be where you were leading... ) Then, although he doesn't realize it yet-- she tries to give him more than just a vengeance shag by leaving. Good girl. But sad for confused Severus. AND HARRY SAW HER LEAVE SNAPE'S APARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You evil, evil woman! What on earth is he going to do? He will put two and two together, and dear god! If he saw Ginny go there... you never told us where she was, but if she took Harry's late night as an opportunity to see Draco, yikes!! Hermione will lose Harry's friendship, won't she. Now I'm REALLY sad. *sniff* (notice I could give a rat's hairy backside about Ron) I guess once Harry figures things out, she'll have to make good use of her 'getaway' stash. What a nailbiter! Author's Response: Ron doesn't necessarily pimp her out, but is rather oblivious to the predatory nature of Bascom Nettleton. And he does not see Viktor as a rival....far from it. Lots of good questions. You'll just have to wait and see how this all plays out. | |||

| You wicked woman!!! Please update soon. This was wonderful. What does Snape think HE did wrong? I hope he doesn't turn her away next time. And I hope that the spying eyes were not of Harry or Ron. Author's Response: Ask and you shall receive...eventually. What did Snape think he did wrong? Everything! He should have not courted Hermione, her should have not let things get so out of hand, he should have asked her for the ingredients first before kissing her. | |||

| You made me so happy and then so frustrated, you bad author. ;) Well, it also made me curious to see how Hermione is going to deal with the whole thing, especially concerning Ron. I'd like to see her finalizing her marriage. I'm so glad she understood that it's no use to keep something like that up. Beautiful 2 chapters. | No happiness here! I am very (still) curious about the lemons.
I am feeling very bad for our Severus who has the patience of a saint! Nice kiss, but he was left high and dry and feeling horrible.
The UST is killing me, you know this don't you!
Ron is just horrid and keeps getting worse. I agree with Horserider, someone needs to knock some sense into Hermione, she really doesn't have that many options for happiness.
However, if you do decide to have some of these characters off themselves, promise me you will have a good hexing and a nice funeral. >;> Author's Response: Hopefully this latest chapter I jsut posted gives you the happiness you are looking for. Yes, Severus has the patience of a saint, but now he has the blue balls of a saint too. Maybe the UST can be relieved a bit with my latest chapter. | YES!! I am jumping up and down pumping my fist in the air!!! YESSS!! I am so glad Hermione said she would NOT feel guilty for loving Severus. Hopefully she wont feel guilty screwing his brains out either. I am not so patienty awaiting that chapter or chapters as it may be. I very much liked the way you made his unmasking a non issue. She called him by name and he responded. It was perfect! Thank you again. Author's Response: Yes, she does not feel guilty for loving Severus, but she does feel guilty for using him to hurt Ron. | i am so glad that you updated. i have been looking for this story for a long time now to see if you have updated and i am so glad that you have. i love this story and you are a very talented writter, please update often. it would not even be amiss if you updated every day or even twice a day. Author's Response: Now that I'm back from two weeks with the in-laws and the holidays are over, updates should be more frequent. I would love to update that frequently, but alas, I have kids and a house to mind. | |||

| ONLY THE BEGINNING OF THE SECOND ACT! My god woman, you could change the names in this epic-length story, with no idea of the background info on the character, and you'd still have me enthralled. I thought we were coming to the end, not getting through the start. I can only kneel down before you and hope I write as well for some adaptations I'm working on. I am proclaiming you, through self-appointment of course, the "Queen of Angst"! All I can say is that I love it and keep going. I do not evny Severus and what a chapter! Hope you are having a great holiday. Author's Response: Kindest thanks for your faith in my ability to tell a story. Nope, this is jsut the part where it really picks up. Severus will tell Hermione why he needs her and then there is the procurement of the ingredients. Lots of drama still on the way. Thanks, my holidays were good, my vist to my mother-in-law for two week this month not so good (long story involving stupid sister-in-laws and my m-i-l slowly dying of brain cancer). | |||
