| Great story!
My only nitpicky thing I wanted to mention is your habit of referring to characters as their identifiers ie "the brunette witch" or as with Kingsley, rather awkwardly "the black Aurora." I find it just a little curious to reduce characters to their physical features, especially in the case of Kingsley being reduced to his skin color in a way white characters never are. I know you wrote this awhile ago so this may no longer be an issue, but it's something I couldn't help but notice.
Fantastic story again, and glad to see it was not abandoned! Author's Response: Yes, I wrote this ten years ago when I was still trying to settle into a voice I was comfortable with, and was experimenting since having to say "Hermione, Hermione, Hermione, Kingsley, Kingsley, Kingsley" over and over again seemed a bit repetitive and tired. I was trying to change it up and by referring to the person speaking in some short descriptive form in which the reader could tell who was speaking, yes, upon reflection with a bit more writing under my belt, it does come off a tad trite, but hey, it takes practice to become a better writer, and this story certain gave me a great deal of practice. | |||

| Who would have guessed that Trevor's accidents could become convenient some day? The first evening with Molly gives the impression that you don't like her very much ;) Will we get to see more about the reasons for her way of thinking? That would be interesting. Last but not least: isn't it ironic that Ron's seems to have learned now his way to please a woman - I wonder why, i.e. why now? On another note, I only hope it won't be too difficult for Hermione to live a double life - she'll have to give up her one-sighted perspective. Author's Response: Yes, how convenient that the little toad would be of use for Hermione's and Severus' plans. As for my portrayal of Molly, though Rowling writes her as this very loving and mothering sort, becoming like a surrogate mom for Harry, I also see little bits where she comes off as a domineering mother figure who is slightly xenophobic, easily swayed by tripe instead of relying upon a person's character (giving Hermione the stink-eye in book 4 when Skeeter published tripe about her) and a few other instances that tell me she can be a bit controlling, but inconsistently so. And Hermione's double life goes on for only so long. No spoilers on that front, just that it eventually comes to an end. | |||

| I haven't been as crazy reading these fanfics over the years but I used to be obsessed many many years ago, and now I've always read your title and had always passed it because I read the first chapter and always couldn't care for it. I finally opened it up because I love fanfictions that are 100k+, and anything I haven't read already is pretty slim to none, so I was really really happy finally reading it. Finished it too fast, and then I was worried that it would be dropped but I'm glad its finished and you're just releasing periodical updates! Yay! That makes me haaapppyyy!! Author's Response: I'm happy to have finished it and expunged that story that had been rattling around in my brain for over a decade. Glad to to make you happy too. | |||

| Lol. I think it is funny that Ron finally found her g-spot. Don't think Zambini taught him that, so who else is he boinking? I get why Hermione didn't want to deny Ron. Still kinda squeeks me to read Ron/Mione sex. Another wonderful chapter. This story is a very entertaining read. I love it! Author's Response: *DING!* And ten points to the House of your choice too. So glad you are finishing this!! Author's Response: No, testosterone will merely increase sperm count. Hermione inhaling the vapors found her sex drive slightly enhanced, since testosterone is one factor that affects a woman's sex drive (remember women produce the hormones too, just in lower quantities). It would be if she was inhaling vapors from a potion rich in estrogen and androgens that might fuck up her contraceptive potion. Trust me, Severus does not want Hermione knocked up by Ron in any way. There is not "finishing." It's finished. I just have to wait for betas to go through the chapters to edit. First beta is working on chapter 59 right now. | |||
