| Drat!! You've reminded me TWICE now that McGonagall is dead and I keep forgetting. I guess I keep wishing that Severus had someone who cared about him, but if he did, he wouldn't have been in such dire straits. I still can't guess who the third person is who knows about his "night job." Hmm...it can't be Moody and Fudge 'cuz that would be TWO persons. I'll probably have to wait for your next chapter. One more random thought, since your story keeps popping up in my mind at random moments: that "lovely bunch of coconuts" incident seems to have ruined Hermione's life and career, just like marriage to Ron has. Did Ron get her drunk that night? Author's Response: Well, I plan on answering why Hermione has a low-level job in a future chapter, but I can tell you that is was not because of the photo (I was planning on adding a bit about the photo having nothing to do her job situation, but I haven't written that chapter yet). There are other things at work in regards to why she has her current job. Severus will put the pieces together and understand why...or maybe a client of his knows why (I have yet to write it, so I must see where my Severus -like muse takes me). Questions, questions and more questions. And I thought I was the only one who asked lots of questions in my reviews. You just seem to be asking questions to answers in chapters that I have just written or are planning in my head. I don't mind. I find it fun that you're so interested to know. And to answer your last question, she drunk like any other student does when one is finally letting off steam after a long period of stress, that's all. | |||

However, I would post the next one, but chapter 8 is with my beta. No bugging her please. She can only handle a chapter a week with her schedule. If she gets them back to me sooner, than I am grateful. Some people have a life, especially if it includes school, like my beta. I would love nothing more than to write all day long and have my beta at my beck and call, but my baby daughter requires love and attnetion (she soooooo cute at this age and I don't want to miss out on this fleeting part of her life) and my beta has her own responsibilities. Alas, if I can wait months for my favorite fics to be updated (anyone remember Falling Further In?), you can wait a few days or a week for this update. I will no longer withhold chapters from you and post them A.S.A.P. though (one illustration from AquiliaSevera is already posted). | |||

| "Draco and Lavender were two of the only three people who knew" - who's the third? McGonagall? Does Severus still use his real voice? I really like your Lavender - clever, intuitive about people, but doesn't take unfair advantage of them (she did give Severus his 40 percent). I think Hermione shouldn't know immediately who Severus is; she does need to ventilate her feelings about Ron, etc. freely without being concerned for Severus' situation. I think Severus could easily figure out who she's talking about - he knows she's wed to Ron, and I'm guessing Draco told Severus about his interest in Ginny before the war. Looking forward to the next update! Author's Response: McGonagall is dead, remember from chapter 1? I know, I forget some details when I read a WIP too. A lot of your questions will be answered in chapter 9. | |||
