| Since I live in the north midwest, and it's 10 F outside, I really appreciated this chapter: a warm, slow burn, getting hotter as it progressed... I don't know what will happen in the next chapter, but that's really not the point at the moment. I think one reason your smut narrative is so good is that it's quite easy to put myself in either character's head and really imagine the moment, way beyond just being a voyeur..... OK, now I'm ready for the next chapter. Ron's an ass; Hermione has her bitchy moments, but Ron's a twit who should know better than to think that Hermione "owe's" him sex as payment; infantile jerk. So now that all your readers are howling for a sex scene, will Hermione give in? Somehow I think not, but either way I'm looking forward to the next chapter. Author's Response: North mid-west...Minnisota? Michigan? Dakotas? Wyoming? I'll be in Wyoming for two weeks in January, so I am familiar with the whole frozen tundra landscape. Thank you for recognizing that Hermione has her own faults too. She's by no means perfect or a saint, having helped contributed to this failed relationship. But you are right, Ron's a real infantile jerk. You'll see soon enough as the next chapter is with my betas right now. Keep warm, but don't break the bank. I think that summed up the tone of the entire chapter. It's such a simple, and very realistic, way, of conveying the complete loss of caring between them. | |||

| I loved the voyer Severus scene, very well done. It's very sweet that he's so obsessed that he can't even control these things anymore. The poor guy desperately needs her. As for Ron, ugh, you know my opinion, I can't wait until the anniversary dinner so she can go to Severus. She will go to Severus, right? Please don't pull angst on us and make her stay with her jerk husband. That would kill Severus. I know, I know, I have to be a good girl and wait. Oh well, I'm really looking forward to the next 2 chapters. Great job as always! Author's Response: Thanks. I think there is a little voyer in all of us. | this chapter was wonderful. your whole story is just great and i cant wait to read more. i check every day to see if you have updated and i am happy that you have added this chapter. please, please, please dont keep me waiting very long for the next. you are a great writter and i can not wait to read more. please keep up the good work and know that you have a fan here with me. thank you for writting this story and posting it so i, and everyone else could read your good work. you are very talented. just one more thing, please update soon, i am very impatient and i want more.... Author's Response: You can usually count on a chapter every one to two weeks. This next chapter has been longer than expected because it is a double chapter...literally. Noramally my chapters run 17 to 22 pages...this one is 44 pages. So I have to split it into two parts for posting. Hopefully I'll have it up in time for Christmas. | Betz, as expected , it was a fabulous chapter. I'm anxiously awaiting the anniversary dinner.

| Holy Canoli Batman! No!! She can't, Oh no! She's been so good (well, ok, she hasn't actually slept with him yet) oh... I'm so conflicted. Of course i want Hermione and Severus to be happy, but just think how he will feel if it is just to get revenge on Ron- think of how she will feel... Gah! This was an *amazing* chapter. Thank you for the warning, haha. I loved the spa scene's. How upsetting that next time she comes over (well, at least after her anniversary and she comes over to see him) that she thinks it will all change. Hopefully it won't. I think they've both become used to each other's true identity- I'm curious as to how much of a "surprise" actually seeing his mask off will make for her. AH! And just where is Ron off to? And when did he become such a good dancer, eh? (Sorry for jumping around so much, ah, i loved this chapter!) Ah, I can't wait to read more! Thank you!! Author's Response: Holy Guano! Yes she can!
