| Omg! I love it. I have spilt things on my laptop before so I understand. Mine was a slushie instead of milk. If it happens ever again stick your laptop in rice (uncooked of course) asap. It brings out the liquid. I know it sounds funny but my husband did it for me during my slushie accident and my laptop worked two days later. The keys were sticky but it worked lol. Hope to read the next chapter soon! Author's Response: Thank you so much. I'm afraid we tried rice and a myriad of other things, but it was as dead as a Dodo, and what's more, we can't get the smell of milk out of it! I have another laptop, but I miss my old one. Chapter 20 is in the queue, and will be up hopefully very soon, then there will be another break while I take time to finish my Exchange fic for the SS/HG Exchange on Live Journal - it is a very important one to do, as it is a gift, and it is timed, so I have to hit my deadline - then I will be back full tilt to finish Lay Me Low! | |||
