| Hi! This story has been sitting in my phone long after I finished reading it and I can guess that us because I wanted to write a review and I never did. If I did already, well, you deserve way more than the 2 accolades I am giving. If not, well, I would give you 1000 fantastic reviews if I could. This was such a rich, beautiful story. I had started reading it a long time ago and I thought you had given up on it. I hung in there and was rewarded one day when I checked in on it. This was well worth the wait! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing such a wonderful tale. I do have one question - what happened to Harry (and Ron and Ginny too). But really Harry. Any ideas? I promise that if I ever post a story, I will finish it (glares in the direction of Labour of Love), and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your patience and the fact that you read it even after the long wait. As for the other characters, I sometimes do tie up loose ends like this, but in this case, I was just so focused on giving Severus and Hermione the ending I felt they deserved (after almost three years of writing this story) that I didn't think too much about them. I imagine that Harry and Ginny possibly reconciled, and that Neville and Luna possibly got together. As for Ron, I think he probably helped George and his family to survive the loss of two sons (as Charlie also died in this story). I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but perhaps their story is another author's to tell. Thank you again for your uplifting and wonderful comment. | |||

| Holy cow. I just realized, after reading this about a gazillion times... The opening lines poem? "Poughkeepsie"? I live in Poughkeepsie! I feel special :) Author's Response: LOL You are! | Very strong first chapter! This is different than many of the SSHG fictions that I have read. I honestly haven't been this captivated by a story from the very first in a long while. | Genius. This cannot be classified so informally as a fanfic, but a novel in itself. You transformed the characters and plot to transcend any thread of an idea born to JKR. She doesn't hold a candle to you. It's such examples of passion in writing that makes me remember why I truly cherish fan fiction. And the raw feeling here is more palpable than any story of professional publication. This is a beautifully woven masterpiece - just brilliant! Author's Response: Oh, thank you! | I started reading early this morning and read straight through until the very end (many, many hours later). Amazing and brilliantly written. Thank you for reminding me what I love about SS/HG.
