| Glory Hallelujah. About time we see Harry as a Legilimens. That just has to be one of the 'gifts' he got from LV. It's also good Harry realizes he is walking a very dangerous very seductive line and that he needs Severus to help him control it. This of course begs the question of whether Severus will have any control or will that come down to Hermione? Fab story! Have to keep reading, don't I?

| This chapter stands out as the best single chapter I've yet read on this site. I actually cried reading the Albus/Severus scene and I didn't even cry at the end of HBP Ch.27 although I was terribly stunned and had to put the book down for an hour before I could continue. So, I loved this scene because Snape at long last gets one of the things he can't quite admit to himself he needs.
I'm also very intrigued with the plot line about Harry's negative emotions spilling over into atmospheric effects. It was just a puzzling thing in the Dream Potion chapter but its importance (I think?) was punctuated in the previous chapter by Snape's reaction that he would have gasped if it had been anyone besides Harry. I like the mentoring relationship developing between SS/HP; you've written it very believably. Oh hell! If I list all the things I like I'll never get back to the story.
I'm very, very new to the world of fanfic, still floundering a little trying to select things to read even on this site which I am so glad I found. Anyway, I got totally wrapped up in your "Luring the Enchantress" and needed something to read while waiting for the next chapter (which I'll not harass you about since the last one was posted only two days ago); I've wandered a few places, tried this and that, but when I'm really ready to read I've come back to this site, clicked on your penname and picked another story. If we could rate favorite authors (in addition to chapters, not instead of), I would give you a bunch of 10's for all the recent reading enjoyment you've provided for me.

I've been in quite a personal funk lately with real life issues, and I've not truly given myself time or enough patience to update Luring just yet. But I will start on that tomorrow. (My lovely beta was questioning me about it tonight.) I'm quite partial to this story. This was my first story that I started posting here, and I'm happy that it has been mostly well-received. The sequel is about SS/HG, but it more centered around Harry. So a lot of what is in here will come to play in the next. I always did like a Harry that was willing to tamper with things a bit and one that gets along with Snape... mostly. | |||

| Once again, lovely story. The romance was good, and the Succubus story became an actual strong plot instead of being an excuse for Snape & Hermione to be together. | (Slumps back in chair) finally!! After all this time, I was able to finish reading this absolutly wonderful story!!!! It quickly became a favorite and I will certainly make sure to add it to my favorites list. And DAMN!!! You kept the every one in-character, you made the chapters at a reasonable length, and you followed the canon universe well. Might I just say that a round of applause is in order! Kudos to you. And I hope to see a sequel. As I am very curious as to what will come about with Krum and the succubus. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! (thats right.....I said Christmas!!!) Author's Response: Thank you!
