| I think Hermione forgets that Snape was once a willing deatheater and not only would he be capable of torture but of murder as well.
I know that Hermoine just went through a terrifying experience, but if she is going to sit back and judge Snape because he RISKED his life to SAVE her...none of which would have happened had she and Harry just stayed put...well then Snape needs to move the hell on and find another concubine. By the way, if I were Hermione, I would be more upset that Snape was calling me his 'concubine' than anything else! LOL! I liked this chapter, it showed Hermione a bit of what Snape is capable of doing because he LOVES her. I'm sorry real life is biting, I hope it gets better for you and thanks for the update. Author's Response: See in Hermione's mind, he was a Death Eater, yet "good guy" Death Eater. lol... She's going to touch upon that when she is thinking on it, but don't worry. She'll realize that he did it for her. She also hated the way he talked to her ,calling her a girl and such. More up this evening! | |||

| Severus' disposal of Rodolphus was chillinging. You've done an excellent, kick-ass job with this story. You've made the reader, me, wonder where Severus's loyalties lie. Not only that, I'm wondering about his mental well-being. Either way, I was glad to see Hermione's intelligence shining through.

| Wouldn't like it? Are you crazy? It's such an amazing fanfic and this chapter was awesome. Had me sitting on the edge of my seat! I can't wait to see how Severus is going to fix this with her. | not like this chapter? bah. Silly readers. I like it quite well. I hope snape gets to the point where perhaps he realises trying to manipulate and control hermione into what he wants is not exactly what he wants at all....or at least i hope/think that's what you might be aiming for.

| Well, I liked this chapter. Maybe liked isn't the right word since this was very dark. I should say the chapter made sense to me. Stupid Harry is doing what he always does. Maybe people wouldn't hide things from him if he didn't go off half-cocked all the time. I liked that Narcissa was essentially rescued. I trust that Snape set everything up so that he comes out ok with Voldemort. Hermione is way too naive if she turns against Severus for killing Rodolphus. Yes, Snape is dark here, but I agree with what you said about fear and anger. Hopefully, they can find a middle ground. Author's Response: Thanks! Harry and Hermione should have known better. lol See, I think the opposite. Had he been told right away and kept informed of the progress, he wouldn't have felt the need to go off on his own (as usual). I'm happy you liked that Narcissa was saved. I'll have a bit in about his explanations to Voldemort. Hermione will do some thinking, but she will understand. I think it was shock mostly that had her wide-eyed and afraid. | |||
