| I cannot beLIEVE this! For one, you've confirmed to me that Lupin is a lousy boyfriend to Tonks. But now I'm doubting Snape. Please let him be on the winning team. Author's Response: I'm all for Snape being a winner. As far as Lupin, well, I think everyone makes mistakes. We'll get his side in chapter 22. Maybe we'll feel a bit sorry for him (hehe..maybe). | |||

| If I were Tonks' friend, I'd tell her that she needs to DUMP Lupin. If her major concern is that her lover thinks about Ginny too much, and gets randy with her when she looks like Ginny... Then either Lupin isn't to be trusted, or she's too suspicious of him. Either way, something's totally wrong with their relationship. Author's Response: yeah, there is nothing like feeling second best, huh? yuck. I'm thinking that she might have to put her foot down in the future and ask what the heck the deal is. I'm with you. | Not that I pine after professors like "this" Hermoine, but I found it funny, that I happen to have a copy of Lord Byrons selected poetry on my desk at the moment. | You really have captured the darkness of SS in this story, which is excellent and true to cannon. I love the way you keep us guessing as to his loyaltes just as JKR does. Sometimes when I read SS fanfiction he is portayed as Jane Austin's "Mr Darcy" character by the third chapter which just isn't true to type.
Keep our Severus sneering and smirking to the end!
