| I quite enjoyed this story! There were *so* many times when I just wanted to slap or shake Hermione and Snape both. I have to say thank you for showing Hermione in a way I have often wished her to be portrayed. I always felt that the characters in the book were too mature, too hard. It wasn't realistic in my views that those young kids could be that responsible and understanding all the time, in every emergency situation. JKR finally started to show that Harry wasn't perfect, Ron has always been a bit immature, the way I would imagine him to be in reality, but Hermione never seemed to display that type of immaturity. It was as if she was always a "Super Witch" and it made me nervous. Reading this story validates my opinion a bit I think, since others appear to have noticed the same things I did. And I love the choice of hex on Snape at the end. Ingenious!! Quite ironic to the intentional enticement Snape showed Hermione. Obviously a lot of time went into this work, so I congratulate you and your Betas on a great job. :) | |||

| Sorry, it's me again...
Since English istn't my native language, I have a question concerning the term "mate" (Due to this sentence: "And, to be honest, Ron and I are truly better off as being mates only.")
According to my Dictionary "mating" means "copulating" and a "mate" is a zoological term for a breeding partner.
