| As much as I want Hermione and Severus together, she obviously has no idea what a dangerous man he is. She can love him but she should be a little afraid of him. He’s more like a pet tiger. I don't think this version of Snape can truly ever see her other than someone he owns and possesses. He will do what ever he has to to keep her and see that she obeys him. She is naive to think she could ever be seen completely as his equal. She thinks she knows him but she doesn’t. The thing is it's too late even if she realized these things. She would not be allowed to leave him. Even if at some point Snape may rationally decide that she should be as his equal, I think it is too fundamentally a part of who he is to change. As much as I enjoy the misunderstood Severus Snape, this Severus Snape as you are portraying him seems more realistic to me. I love your stories even though they sometimes make me uncomfortable. You are a wonderful story teller. I am fascinated with this one. | it's taken me two days and late nights to read this whole story. I loved it. I cried when he left her and she thought he was lost to her. I don't cry over stories much. Thank you for writing it and for bringing this tale to life for me. Good luck in your future writings.

| I liked the ending...it had an almost dreamlike quality to it...Like watching it through a gauze curtain so that what we saw wasn't sharp but rather blurred and muted. I also see no reason for them to jump into marriage. The ending is perfect as it stands. It doesn't need an epilogue, there is closure to it without one. Thank you for sharing your creation with us. | Wow. I've really enjoyed reading your story over the months. It was one of the only ones that took a long time to update that I still stuck with. I'm terribly sad that it's over, but very happy with the ending itself. You pulled it all together very nicely. Thanks for writing! Author's Response: I didn't always take a long time to updated. I think when I hit my bad spot in RL in December it took the longest. Of course, I consider a long time to be months. I've had to let many good ones go because the updates take too long, causing me to forget the plot. LOL. I am happy that you liked this and stuck with it. I cam so happy that people enjoyed my tale, even after the roller coaster ride near the end. Thank you so much. | |||

| Yay!!! Love the ending, glad it all worked out for them. I'm happy that you didn't rush them into marriage and kids. | WOW!!! That's really all I can say. I am a HUGE fan of SS/HG pairing... but you made it come alive and in a real way. You are an amazing writer, you didn't make this seem like some "Bad" pairing or they were stuck together... or just a "sex" thing. Very well done, and I will recommend this story to anyone!!!
