| Ah Southern, you have outdone yourself again. Maybe it is me but it feels like Severus is leaning towards the Light rather than sitting so firmly on the fence. Does he still believe that he can be reason enough for her to survive if the Dark Lord should prevail? It would seem to be folly if he does. After all Gryffindor's are noble and stubborn, Hermione is definately both of those things. She may love him but I don't think it would be enough to sustain her in the long run. I wonder if he realizes that she also said she loved him before he left. -- I also find it wonderfully ironic your use of the line 'Weasley or Parkinson would have a rough time of it if they meant to break them apart. He’d not allow it.' by Draco. Sounds frighteningly simmilar to what Severus has been saying about Hermione. -- Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! --- B Author's Response: I am happy that you liked it. He does seem to be leaning more to the light at this point. He does believe that he is enough for her, yes, but I wonder if that will change. | This chapter had some fun in it...Draco's 'slumming' comment and Hermione's reply to Snapes 'it's burning' comment were GREAT and had me howling! LOL!
I am a huge sucker anytime Draco gets to hang around the Weasleys and I actually felt a smidge choked up when Mrs. Weasley hugged Draco. Thankyou for updating so quickly! Author's Response: yes! | You had me fooled! I thought Severus favoured the "Dark". Ooooh you write well! Love the SS DD dialogue, DD embellishing every line and SS refusing to waste a single breath on unnecessary rambling!

| WOO HOO! I knew when I seen my review answered I knew an update was soon!
I loved this chapter! (Don't I always?) I was hoping Dumbledore and Snape had that planned. Poor Lucius..LOL I hope Lupin doesn't find Draco or Snape and hurt them. Loved that Hermione went to him...
