| I’m so happy you decided to finish this despite canon. This was a really good chapter. The tone you set for it had a very dark and oppressive feel. Things are happening almost faster than Severus can deal with them. He’s having to struggle to continue turning events to his advantage. Meanwhile, his better emotions are sneaking up on him. Soon, he’ll realize that what began as manipulation has turned into real feelings. And I love the long, convoluted path it’s taking for him to get there. As for the cliffie, I can handle it. | Ron is definitively a prat in this story (well, even in the book). He dared to tell Hermione he wanted to be with her because there was no Pansy. The git. She should have hexed him !
It is an evil cliffie there. I do hope Hermione will be allowed to live (alone) with Severus. And then Draco and Ginevra... what are they plotting ? Update asap
