Bravo! I loved the story and the ending. Thank you so much for the happy ending and I'm glad things worked out between Hermione and the Malfoys as well. You should be quite proud of yourself.

Author's Response: Thanks for reading. I'm happy that you enjoyed it.

This is a fabulous story. I started on it a while ago, but lost track as real life got in the way. I have spent the past few days laughing and crying my way through it. You are a wonderful writer. Thank you.

Author's Response: Real life has a way of doing that! Thanks for reading. I'm happy that you liked it. ;)

wow is all I can say, I've been reading this fic for hours now and I am sad to stop reading, I loved every single bit of this fic, how possessive sevvy was how determined Hermy was, Neville killing Bellatrix the malfoys coming good in the end *happy sigh* I just adored it and in a few dats once I have gotten over the beautiful writings I am going to read it again. Thankyou for not having a "they had four kids and both worked at hogwarts" fluff ending, too many people ruin the characters with fluff and this story was just perfect!!!

Author's Response: Thank you so much. I rather like the "open" ending as well. Hope you like my next story. Cheers.

I really liked the part with Pansy and Harry. Maybe they'd make a good couple if that is where you are taking this. I'm also glad Hermione and Severus are doing better. I understand why he can't tell her about Harry. However, I still think she's an idiot if she goes walking around Voldie's lair by herself. Ahhh the naiveté of youth that allows one to think horrible things only happen to somebody else. One question. When Severus went to find the Malfoys, he found Harry instead. Where are the Malfoys then? Well two questions, this one from the last chapter. Would Severus really be able to trick Dobby? .

Author's Response: Yes, Dobby isn't all knowing and seems to be very trusting. He said himself that Harry wasn't responding to his own ministrations. He'd have no reason not to trust Snape. Harry is in the main room just outside the doorways to the prisoners (remember where Lupin was held?). They are still there. For now. She doesn't walk around often, but she does venture out. And I maintain there is nothing wrong with it, as she is "safe" there. She'd go mad staying in her room. I was the same way when I was her age, doing things that I would never do now, as I'm older and more cautious.

I am loving this story. This is not to criticize your skill or this tale. I have sympathy for the way Hermione is feeling, but I ask you, what kind of stupid, idealistic little fool goes wondering Voldemort's lair alone? This is the foolishness of a 7 year old. And when she came upon Voldemort she should have been pissing her pants in fear. I'm guessing Harry never told her about how Voldemort treated even his faithful followers who's attitude he found displeasing in the grave yard? What about the one he killed for simply disrespecting "Severus' concubine"? Was she not present at the last battle they just had? What about his ordering Lucius' death? She knew she should fear the evil death eaters who had captured her. Wouldn't she think that if death eaters are this evil and scary, their leader must be even worse?

Author's Response: No, Severus made it clear that she is favored and would not be harmed, as it's her new home and any who touch her or even look at her wrong will be dealt with. Why not walk around? I would. She's afraid of Voldemort, which is why she keeps her mouth shut, but the important part here is that Voldemort is very smooth and trying to build a new and "improved" future, including her in it. He's quite slick. I'm afraid you'll not the rest very much if you don't care for this. She takes a while to come into her own. She's only 18 and still prone to mistakes. And... she is confused by what she sees and hears. She realizes that Death Eaters are people, too. They aren't all insane, deluded followers. Some have families and their own reasons for joining.
