| Damn, that was really smooth. He almost had me convinced. A little scary, that. What's sad, is that I agree with him on a few of his thoughts and ideas. What does that say about me, I wonder. Maybe it's because I'm a Slytherin, who knows. Great chapter, and I can't wait for the next! Author's Response: Very smooth! | alright, now we're getting somewhere! i'm glad they resolved something to help them understand each other better. interestingly enough, that was the smallest lemon scene you've written in this whole fic. *grins* that's okay...it really wasn't the highlight of the chapter anyway. i'm glad you were able to update so promptly! can't wait for the next one. -The Grim Author's Response: LOL! | the conversation between voldy-butt and hermione, was very diplomatically thought out. It was convincing in a practical manner, had the words not come from he who should be burnt alive at the stake, it could have been arguable to most muggle-misunderstanding wizards...at least he would allow the muggle borns a chance at life at all...Great selling point. However there was enough unsaid, that the sinister Death Eater Propaganda is still prominant amungst the fluff, of silver slytherin paraphrasing. Fabuluos chapter, update again soon. Author's Response: Right, his true "self" ended up shining through. It would be easy for some to overlook some of his shortcomings. LOL... Thank you! I have the next chapter with my beta. | |||

| For once I'm not going to hide myself in LJland. Yep, that Voldemort is quite convincing. And I have the feeling that a lot of people would vote for him if he was to present himself for an election. Not sure he'll have my vote, but his ideas are appealing to Ravenclaws as much as Slytherins. The threat of Hermione's parents being hurt brought back the image of the dictator... and not the kind type of dictators. Pity. I was buying that life for myself until then... Severus, books, a whole library for me to run... sounded like a good life to me (if Hermione doesn't like it, I take it and I'll be very thankful for it *winks*). “As do I,” came the silky reply. He meant "this" or "you"? Either way I think I may squee. I assume people want to know what happened with the others, so go ahead, and update soon. :P Author's Response: He's very appealing, and many would likely vote for him if he presented himself that way (aside from being afraid of him. haha). | Great chapter. Even in her confused state, Hermione remains loyal. I am so happy she is. I know she loves Severus, so I am glad she is able to keep that part of herself that has the morals she so believes in. It seems Severus is still on the fence, but getting ready to jump in Voldemort's back yard. I just hope a huge gust of wind comes and knocks him in Dumbledore's!
