| Squeeeee! SO THRILLED when I just checked in and saw you'd completed. You're one of the first fanfic authors I'd ever read (Overcome WIth Feeling) and one of my favorites. This was actually the FIRST fic I favorited on Ashwinder and did I mention how thrilled I am to see it completed!!?? Gonna go read it now, but I know it'll be awesome! |

| “I could not love thee half so well, loved I not honor more." Sorry, Pook, but the original scans so much more effectively, I will always respectfully disagree with you on this. The rhythm is better, it's shorter, more clipped. As persnickety a swot as Hermione is, I can't believe she'd ever misquote it. A powerful and moving chapter of a wonderfully written story. | "You look divine, trollop...Come here." He's calling her his pet name! Yay! Terrific, tie-it-all-together chapter. I do hope Hestia Jones gets what's coming to her for her rudeness to Severus. I particularly enjoyed Severus coming to Harry's defense in his more usual ascerbic way. Well done! |

| Oh, Hermione...you should not have called Severus "sir". That was what made him shift back into Professor Snape mode. But what would plot turns be, if not something for the author to pursue while telling more of the tale? |

| Severus' response to Hermione's near-attempt to destroy the cup: his ranting, his shaking her, his kissing her--all had me crying. What a chapter! As to Hermione's response to the gentle kiss, I remember a line from an old Jim Post song, "Louella Rainwater". The line is: "She could not resist his sweet soft kiss/ If she'd practiced for a year". |
