| Just re-reading this - still very enjoyable, You know, I think this is the only fanfic I've seen that was written before DH and that did anything even half sympathetic with Kreacher - although I would have thought that Hermione, the heroine of SPEW, would have words to say about Severus threatening him.
You asked people to notify you if they spotted any errors. I don't know if that's still true, but if so, you have two very small Britpicks. One is referring to the garden as a yard - it's only a yard here if it has a hard surface such as paving stones, beaten earth of concrete - and the other is this business here of calling the bathroom a lav. It's only a lav if it has just a loo and maybe a sink in it, or a set of loos and sinks - if it has a shower or a bath in it it's a bathroom (or a wet-room if the shower is open to the room - but that's a modern thing). |

| I cannot believe that after having read it in 2011 and again in 2013, that I never left a final review for you. So here it is! Such a wonderful tale, I favorited it a long time ago. This story is one for the "short list"--meaning instead of the 600+ I have in my favorites list, this is in the 10 Best Ever. Blessings, and keep writing! (And one more "10" for your pocket, here.) |
