| I'm so happy that you're back and that you were able to continue on with this magnificent story. It's been one of my favorites for a long time. I just sat and read through the whole thing so that I could fully appreciate the new chapters. This is sincerely one of the best fics I've ever run across. I love that you brought dear Albus back for us. Lately it seems that I've been reading nothing but "severus is somehow back" fics and this was quite refreshing for me. Also, I can't agree more with you about book 7. Thank you, thank you, thank you! =) Author's Response: Thank you for reading! When I started fanfic writing, with Naked Journey, I'd barely ever written anything before. I'm still a bit shocked that anyone reads these stories of mine. But even I have to admit that my writing improved with practice, and it always bothered me that the story I felt was my best writing so far, flawed though it still may be, was unfinished. | It’s unbelievable – you’re really back and going to finish this wonderful fic, one of my most favourites. How long has it been – three years, or four?
After the last update, for a while I‘ve checked every few weeks, than months, until I was all but certain that there wouldn’t be any new chaps. And now this. At first, I didn’t trust my eyes, I’ve thought I misread.
Naturally I’ve had to reread the last few chaps, to get again into the tale. You’ve made a very good job at taking up your style again, and it’s exciting to read how they’re going along now, sensually exploring each other. But I’m also eager to read about the final end of Voldemort. Looking very much forward to your next chap – in the near future, I guess ;)

| Your opinions of book seven resonated deep within me, and I want you to know that your observations are sadly shared. :( It is a shame that fame's burden seemingly sucks out the ~innocent~ joy that is writing and that broke my heart as well. ~~~Beautiful chapter! I love the premise and the careful detail and planning you have taken to create this wonderful universe. The explanations concerning Severus's madness - the plan to defeat Riddle...everything is tight and precise. It's ingredients and processes like that that make such a quality and all-encompassing piece of literature. Thank you so much for sharing this - for allowing me on this journey. | I thought I was seeing things when the email showed up in my box, telling me Plaid Pooka had posted a chapter! I thought you were lost and gone forever, dear one. I've rarely been happier to be wrong. Well done on the chapter, and I look forward to seeing the next one soon! (P.S. I completely sympathize with you on book 7, but for different reasons. I don't hold it against her for the choices she made, though they were not things I would have done; I think the fact that it was over is what stalled my creative writing engine. As long as loose ends existed, I was able to imagine what I could braid them into. Now that there is no more, I just can't push my pen any farther.) Author's Response: Hiya Jen! I'm glad I'm not lost anymore and finally writing again. I don't expect everyone to agree with me about book 7, and I can certainly see why some folks like it. And I know what you're saying as well.
