| I can just imagine Severus' snickering glee at putting her in that predicament.
I fund this story highly amusing, and it is romantic. Oh I love it when Snape saves Hermione, I such a sap at times. But the humor hides the dark nature of what happened to Severus and why he is mad.

| Another great chapter! I'm so glad Granger and Snape didn't have sex straight away. I'm enjoying their slow descent - very sexy. I've fallen a bit in love myself (a bit of it has broken at the thought of Severus so impaired). Heartwrenching moments aside, I am waiting with barely contained glee for your next chapter.

| It's a truly generous person who will give others a gift on her birthday. That's what this chapter is . . . a gift. "What shall I do without you to help me remember myself?" - Severus broke my heart with that one - but the kisses quickly mended it. I forgot to mention in my review of the last chapter that it tickles me the way Hermione calls him "love" once in a while, just kind of slipping it in there - priceless. Have a wonderful birthday, Pooka and remember, as my neice told me, "40 is the new 30" - so you're younger than ever! Author's Response: Ah, but I'm a Slytherin, you know. Certainly you get the gift of a new chapter, but I get all these kind reviews for my birthday! I couldn't ask for a better present! Yup. I don't think Hermione has even realized that she's saying it yet! :D But it just sort of slips out! Lol! My Bri and I have been talking about 40 being "the new 30." I think I feel like 41 myself. I work as a psychiatric nurse and am glad he isn't one of my patients. That would mean I couldn't drool over him. LOL Author's Response: Lol!
