| Your description of how Jo Rowling felt leading to the way she finished up the entire Harry Potter saga felt 'right on' to me. She 'finished' it, all right. I believe you analyzed her actions properly; in fairness, if any of us 'regular people' had been in such a maelstrom of fame and overkill for nearly ten years, we might want to just get the great beast over with, too. It'll be interesting to see how the entire HP phenomenon will settle out, now that the final movie's been made. At any rate, I hadn't read this tale before, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Please do finish it. You have made this Severus Snape fan VERY happy in having made him--and Albus--stay alive. After all, if Snape didn't really kill Albus, then Albus wasn't as awful a character: Albus only plotted to have Snape be temporarily vilified--and get to live, too! I look forward to the rest of this superior story. Thank you for having picked it up and written again. Author's Response: I don't blame JKR, fame is a burden, and it's a rare person who can stand up to that burden. I guess I'm just dissapointed in her for letting the series end with a camping-ridden whimper instead of a bang. Thank you for reading it.
