| This is very nice indeed. I love Hermione's delight in having Severus in her bed and her growing confidence in her own desire. And I like his allusions to his "mad period," and the way he puts on his madness again so methodically before rushing off. I hope the plan works, though I confess I'm a bit worried that Severus might be over-confident. But what I like most of all is to see this story continued. I, too, have a story (on another site) that stagnated post-DH, and have lately been thinking I should take it up again. You inspire me. Author's Response: Amr- Take it up again! | Great continuation! The most poignant moment for me was not of their consummation (though I did hold my breath, and was moved by the emotion) but of Severus standing, forehead pressed to Hermione's, and hands fisted in her hair. Time stopped for me, at that moment; the realization was no longer WHAT they were fighting for, but now WHO they were fighting for. This passioned purpose stole my breath away and made everything that they have done - every moment ~meaningful.~ Thank you for that moment. ♥♥ Author's Response: You make me incredibly happy. | Ahhh. I love that even though Severus was bonkers that he was able to hide the pain of being summoned from Hermione. How sweet! Thank you for another fantastic addition to this beautiful story. | I had planned on writing a response after reading your note at the beginning of the chapter. I really did, but suddenly the story began again and it was sooo good that, well, here I am now. I have been a fan of your work overall, the whole lot. I found this story rather early on, and where you left off before--I accepted that as an end of sorts. The story as a whole was magnificent and so creative that even as it was, it was not disappointing. That said--how delighted to see that you've updated! Shock (mild, twittery anticipation) and awe (awesome!). I just let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. Cheers to you and thank you for sharing your creative talent.
