| This story is fascinating! I'm dying to find out what happened and why Severus is calling everyone a whore. I liked how even in his madness, he showed her respect by allowing her to use the salve on him once he found out she had made it. But the most touching scene was Hermione "tucking him in" - very sweet and sad. Author's Response: You've hit the nail on the head about what I was going for. | hurrah! another update! The loss of occulmency with madness is an interesting idea that you've created -- and a great explanation about why he doesn't look people in the eyes. Of course, now he's looked Hermione in the eyes, what, three times? I'm curious as to why he trusts her as much as he trusts Draco. Maybe he really does fancy her. | Wonderful chapter! Great to see Harry and Ron behaving reasonably. I suppose if you have a mad Severus in your story, you couldn't have everyone else incapable of rational thought or it'd be chaotic to the extreme! Poor Severus! I wonder when he's going to get beyond calling everyone a whore? And why did he choose that particular word? There are a lot of other insulting things to call people, but he chose "whore" and pretty much sticks to it . . . what does it mean to him? Author's Response: Our mad Severus is fixated on the word 'whore' for a reason, but we have a ways to go before we find out why. Oh my! Could you imagine mad Severus, angry Harry, inbecile Ron, and bossy Hermione all in one fic! That would be a madhouse! Thanks! :) | |||

| Yes, them popping in and finding Severus could present a problem. So what's the solution going to be? I loved the scene where Hermione was tucking Severus in. | Extremely MAD? Or stunningly CLEVER? I can't decide. This story is fantastic. I held my sides laughing at the not annyoing the "pretty little whore why she has her wand point at [Severus'] nipples" part. Author's Response: I'm so glad that bit made you laugh! | PlaidPooka, I desperately need to know... Has Severus ever referred to Voldemort as "The Dark Whore " in His Dark Whoreness's presence? And if so, please please may I read it??
All of the activity in the Dark Lair came to a screeching halt. ”What did he call me?” Draco groaned. “If I may my Lord, he wasn’t referring to you.” ”Is that so? Then do tell, Severus, just who is this dark whore?” All eyes watched as Severus carelessly pointed. ”Filthy scum!! You dare- CRU-“ ”Now now Bella…” Or maybe it would be Whore Voldemort... He meant to say "Herr", promise! He's got a bit of German blood in him, don't cha you know? | |||
