| Ah, this is a great story! I just now discovered it, and look what you've done...I've stayed up half the night reading the whole thing! I'll be a zombie tomorrow, but a happy one. Can't wait for the next chapter! Oh, by the way, I noticed you mentioned living in Louisville in a previous chapter. I'm a Kentuckian, too! Lived in Louisville when I was in high school (Sacred Heart...ugh), but now I'm back in my native Lexington. I understand completely about the rain thing. Kentucky weather is bipolar and needs medication...perhaps even more than poor Severus. ^_~ Author's Response: Well, at least the rain has gone, but I'm not looking forward to the 90+ weekend we're going to get! No i loved both chapters but ended up crying on chapter 13 and 14 but ended up with a good laugh. You done with Snape.... again and i will say this maybe for the 5th time in a review and again for tonight i have loved this chapter my heart goes out to him but I FEEL HE IS TRYING SOMETHING, EVEN MAD , HE IS SNEAKY AND BY GODS I LOVE IT!..Now i how come with this i don't know but this * bows down to you and grabs snape and does a dance around you, does the snape mad dance and bows * Hail the writer who has made me crazy and insane for snape! I want more of him! Pooka you will be end of me! what is Snape hiding...when will get to solve this mad thing..damn.....!!!!! ( i;m sorry i am just sick with cold so i might be myself. | Guh! The kisses! After such a long set up, those three kisses are hotter than the hottest kinkiest PWP! *is incoherent* Ahem. Even though I squeed madly throughout this chapter, I have a niggling worry at the back of my head about the whole ethical issue - and what happens when (I'm being positive here) Severus' regains his sanity? Did he kiss Hermione in one of his on-the-edge sane moments or during another mad spell? I know you said you wouldn't answer any questions about his madness, but I've been wondering if his madness was self-induced or caused by outside forces, and if it was self-induced, how and why did he do it? Forcibly removing too many traumatic memories? A potion? Did he do it to protect secrets? And if so, is there a way to counteract it, and can he remember it? I know you said you wouldn't answer any questions on Severus' madness, so here's one I hope you can answer: how many chapters do you think this story will be?

Author's Response: Dang! Well, I could answe how many chapters I thought this story would be, if I had any idea at all! The best I can do is tell you that i think it will be a little bit before you get the answers to your questions, but you don't have to wait until the end of the story for them. I's also remind you that the summary for this fic says that "sanity can be knowingly sacrificed" and that's all I'll say on the matter! :D I'm glad you liked the smoochies; I thought it was about time! And I wouldn't fret too much about the ethics; Hermione won't let it go too far, i promise you! Thanks, doll! :) | |||

| Yeah, another chapter!! I love it all - Severus's reaction, very poignant when he talks about losing the thread of sanity he still has if Hermione kills herself destroying the cup. And the humor in "can't blame a bloke for trying." I just love this story!! And Happy Birthday to you too!!

| This has become so much more than I expected it to. The depth of the story is fabulous. I love the moments that Severus seems to reach out from beyond the madness to deeper insight and understanding. I wonder what he thinks of the changes in his relationship with Hermione. Author's Response: I'm glad that you are enjoying how it is progressing. It's certainly the most complicated plot I've attempted so far! I'm afraid that we won't know what Severus thinks unless he says something. Aside from one brief tangent, I'm trying to keep this fic pretty stricktly Hermione's POV> Thanks! :) | |||

| Yay! I LOVE this story. Thank you for the yummy kisses - more description of Severus would be nice.... Does he look mad? How long is his hair? What does madness do to those delicious eyes of his? Author's Response: I'm glad that you like it so far! I suppose that I haven't nailed down a description of Snape, because everyone has such personal ideas of what he looks like.
