| So where did Ron and Hermione get so much experience dealing with toddlers? I'm feeling so sorry for Severus now, both for what has happened to him, and how pitiful he is now. Chalk me up as a whore who cares about his wand ;o) Author's Response: Lol! I'm on that list as well! :D In my mind, Hermione is patient because she's a very kind young woman, and Ron manages because he was the youngest of 5 brothers. | While this chapter left me in fits of giggles, it also left me with a sense of sadness. Severus is truly vulnerable and although many of the things that come out of his mouth strike me as funny, the underlining sadness of all he's suffered is glaringly obvious. I thought Ron did a beautiful job dealing with Severus and the lunch incident. But Hermione promising to keep the whores away while he showered was priceless. Fabulous as always!!! | Very moving scene. Not describing exactly how Severus was hurt and taken advantage of in the past makes the imagination run wild. One can "feel" Hermione's frustration and shock, which then turns to empathy. Thanks for the update today and put my name on the list of those interested in Severus's "wand." Author's Response: Lol, put me on the list too! I'd rather leave it up to the reader's imagination than describe that sort of think in great detail. Oh, there's a place for such descriptions, but not for this fic, so I'm glad that you thought it was effective. I'm glad that Hermione's progression of reactions came through clearly as well. Snape's sexual innuendo is made all the more entertaining by his craziness. So, will Hermione also have the task of having to wash his bits? This shower experience has the potential to get very... interesting! Loving this story and can't wait for the next update!

Oh sweet GOD! That is the funniest thing I've read in a long time. I thought I would let you know dear Ms. Pooka, that I'm writing a one-shot dedicated to you. I thought I'd flesh out that idea about Harry and the pudding a bit more. Anyway, wonderful chapter. My mother is mentally ill and she does a few things very similar to Severus. I love the patient Ron. Author's Response: I tell you, i've known several people in my life who have had mental illnesses of one sort or another, so I'm trying to do right by my mad Severus. You know, Ron grew up with five brothers, I think he's more patient than folks give him credit for! :D I am thrilled that you are doing a 'pudding theory' one shot!
