| I'm so glad that Severus saved Hermione. I also want to say how much I am enjoying the quotes at the beginning of each chapter, particularly the one for this chapter. You've done excellent research to find such relevant quotes for this story. Also, I just wanted to let you know how much I laugh whenever I read about Snape calling everybody a variation of 'whore' - the red-headed whore, the pretty little whore, the werewhore, the Whore Who Lived. Funny! :) |

| What I really like about your Severus is his no-doubting-attitude regarding his love resp. the rightfulness of his love to Hermione, and therefore now also the downright unquestioned implicitness to make love to her.
It’s funny how often he says ‘Hermione’, actually it’s all he says again and again in the lemony part (wonderful, btw) – he seems to immensely relish the liberty to articulate her real name.
But most touching is the tender kiss between them after the call of the Dark Lord. As so often, funny moments lay side by side with touching, nearly tragic ones. When I reread the whole tale - first backwards, then truly beginning at the begin, and it’s been worth my time - I’ve been appreciating more and more your talent to put humorous comedian aspects and heartbreaking touching scenes close to each other, sometimes within the blink of an eye. The price of madness is a high one, the total loss of the ability to control your behaviour.
