| Severus is so endearing here! I'm completely in love with this story -- every time I see an update, I do a little happy dance in my chair. I'm still intrigued about the "whore" thing, but I'm having fun just imagining Snape's voice talking this way. And BTW, I think it'd be hard not to peek, too. Poor Hermione. Author's Response: I don't think I could have kept myself from peeking either. Not at that age, and I was awfully innocent at that age myself. | I had to pipe up again about this lovely fic. The shower scene: could Snape say 'last one in the shower is a wrotten whore'? -All these children's game phrases keep popping in my head, like: Ready or not, whores, here I come! This whore thing is sooooooo....much fun!!

| I am so glad you kept writing. I am thouroughly enjoying this. I would have thought Harry would have been more begrudging in his acknowlegement of what he owed Severus though. Author's Response: Another story, another writer, and he would have. I'm doing my best to write more adult versions of Ron and Harry, though they both will still have their moments. | Great to see another chapter. I hate getting attached to a story, then waiting forever for an update.
I wonder how you'll make the transition from madness to romance. Right now, she's in a caretaker roll and it's sweet, but definitely not sexy. Could Severus be under the influence of a curse of some sort, eating away at his psyche? Author's Response: Sometimes it seems like everything I type gives away too much. | His madness seems quite convincing. But *could* anyone Apparate to Grimmauld Place? Did they not just find another Secret Keeper and keep it Unplottable? Author's Response: I won't pretend that I am an expert of the Unplottable, but those who are invited know where it is. I imagine you would need a sepparate ward to keep people who know where the house is from Apparating. I would think that visitors would Apparate to the yard, or the front porch, as it would seem very impolite to suddenly appear in someone's home. Kreacher would Apparate any old place he wanted to, I think. Just as Fred and George Apparated to Ron and Harry's bedroom in Grimmauld Place when they were all staying there in book five. Now as far as Severus goes, he's not himself and is simply paranoid. Hermione has told him that Harry won't let anyone in to hurt him, but he doesn't feel safe, even so. Hope I've explained where I'm coming from! Thanks! :) | |||
