| Interesting. Hermione is having unwanted lusty thoughts about her mad ex-Professor. Who can blame her, really? Seeing that he seems to know he is mad, I am thinking this was something he and Albus planned when Severus had to kill him so that he would be left relatively alone. I am enjoying this fic so much, Pook! Thanks for the quick updates! | Oh, Pook! What a light-hearted delight this chapter is! And, of course, who amongst us can resist for even one moment the description of the Showering!Severus? You know, it is absolutely true that we find shaving to be erotic. I have a theory: could it be because only men shave their faces, and we see it as an outward act of virility? One of the sexiest scenes I have ever seen in a movie is in Phenomenon, when the leading lady shaves John Travolta. That one gets me every time. Loved Severus' interaction with Kreacher and Harry and Ron's reactions to Flashing!Severus. So much to love in this happy chapter -- thank you! Author's Response: I used to watch my dad shave when I was a little girl. Now I watch my fella shave, and my reaction is quite different! :D But even as a child, I found it fascinating. Maybe it is a virility thing, we'll have to ask a sociologist. I couldn't resist that "boy moment" at the end. My Brian is 41, but he still talks like that with his friends! :D Thanks, doll! | Well...this was definitely a good chapter. Poor Hermione, who was embarassed several times by Severus. I'd say Severus should add Hermione to his list - she was definitely interested! And you're a bit of a tease, telling us Severus was aroused and no delivery. Lol, sounds like i'm talking about pizza..."Yeah, I'd like a Severus with a side order of snarkiness. Hold the whores, please." Anyway, you have just made my week and the next with your updated. Thank you so much for the update and the wonderful chapter! Author's Response: *giggle* Poor Severus! | She peeked! Wench! Er, I mean, WHORE. I think it's funny that Kreacher is making use of the word... it sounds just like him. So does his being thrilled about caring for a crazy person. The nutty Blacks' death probably made him a lonely old elf. And I have to admit that watching a man shave fascinates me too for some bizarre reason. I can watch it and be thoroughly entertained,oddly enough. :D Now, can Hermione take a shower if she's alone with him, or does he follow her? Or does she have to wait for Harry or Ron to be home? Just curious. Author's Response: Lol! If I were Hermione, I would ward the door! :D I couldn't resist giving Severus' favorite word to Kreacher. It seemed like something he would get a kick out of to me too. I love watching my Brian shave, and after 14 years I still get a biog kick out of peeking at him in the shower! | Awww bless! Love it. Poor Severus though, mad as he is and as cute as it makes him I do hope he recovers.
I sympathise with the insanity though....I often wonder when they are going to come and take me away.

| Lovely update, particularly the sight of everyone laughing together at the end. Nice to see that even without a miracle cure for Snape's madness, there's a sort of brightness to life. Eek. I'm getting very mushy. Still. Really nice. Author's Response: Believe me, the few folks that I have known who had mental difficulties were not sad all the time, though their reactions to certain situations might be odd. Severus is having a hard time, certainly, but it's much easier for him living at Harry's house. Thanks! :) | |||
