| OMG!! I had to do a double take when I saw this story had been updated!! You are one of my favorite authors and all your stories are terrific but I always wanted to see how this one ended! I have to say I agree with you on the last book I found it disappointing in so many ways thank goodness for fanfiction! LOL This chapter was certainly worth the wait. I went back and reread the story and absolutely love the way you make me laugh . Your writing is such a pleasure to read I swear I laugh, cry and lust all in one chapter! Anyone who can make me feel that many emotions in one sitting is terrific in my book! I just hope you continue to write I would profoundly miss your storytelling! | Oh, thank you for coming back to this story. I remember it but I think I'm going to start at the beginning to refresh my memory before I read the new chapters. Your comments about book 7 are so true. My family and I just saw Deathly Hallows Part 2 and my 25 year old son's (who has not read the books but has seen the movies) first comment at the end of the movie was "Wow, JKR managed to kill off every interesting character". | FINALLY! You do not know how much I squealed when I saw that you had updated. This is one of the earliest Snape/Hermione fics I read, and what contributed to making them my favourite HP pairing. I've never forgotten it, and it still remains one of my absolute favourite stories.
Words cannot express how delighted I am that you chose to continue. Can't wait for the next update. ^_^ Brilliant, brilliant fic. Author's Response: I still vividly remember the first fanfic I ever read, A Matter of Honor, also a SS/HG and a wonderfully written fic. | Ahh, very nice. I was in the same boat as you - and recently updated RS after more than four years. We should start a support group for finishing WIPs old enough to start school :o) Author's Response: That sounds like an excellent idea to me. I just hated seeing that "abandoned" tag on POM, but I wasn't able to do anything about it until now. | |||
